Like others have noticed staff at this location sometimes do not get the drinks right ? What was even worse is the attitude when I pointed it out. This is the first Starbucks in 15+ years where I was literally convincing the barista to remake my beverage

My experience was very bad. Service absolutely sucked. I ordered, they wouldn’t take cash. By the time I got my card out she said it’s 10 mins to closing and that she won’t serve me, i told her I already ordered, and she said “if you didn’t pay, you didn’t order”. I asked another guy and he took my order. He got my order wrong and gave me things I didn’t want. The woman saw me and quite literally kicked me out of the place.

Probably one of the better Starbucks I've been to!The drinks are prepared expertly well, and they are consistent each and every time! I had the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Starbucks Refresher, and it was the perfect amount of ice, sweetness, and tartness - yum!The staff here are so friendly, welcoming, and kind! There are plenty of seating inside the cafe, but you can go through their interior doors and there's an additional seating area near the Hyatt Regency.Tables/surfaces could be better tended to, as they were dirty and sticky.On a side note: The first time we were there, they had some sewage problem of some sort, so they had this service being done, right in the middle of the drink station; I thought they could have shut the store down temporarily or had some other alternative offering of orders offered, as when one stepped in, the odor was just extremely unpleasant (and, inappropriate)!+great preparation of drinks+friendly staff!+dirty table surfaces

This Starbucks has NO restrooms for customers! And unless you are staying at the hotel, they won't let you use their restrooms either. Ridiculous.
Prompt Service!I visited this Starbucks first time yesterday.Located in the Hyatt hotel directly above the Bethesda Metro Station. It's spacious w/inviting seating areas & cool wall art. Prompt service & Perfect drink!See Photos!
