This is the second time I get bad service from the same associate. First visit I bought a few items then I asked for two additional cups and I was told it’ll cost me $.25 cents each when I have never been charged. This time around associate closed Starbucks for 45 minutes. At least 5 other customers stopped by and no signage on the door. I just happed to pull the door since she was helping two customers inside but doors were locked and I was told it’ll open at 1:45pm.

This is my third attempt at getting something edible from this “Starbucks” and it’s my last. The breakfast eggs (whether a sandwich or a hot entree) are undercooked/runny and taste like plastic from the packaging, the coffee is consistently burnt like it was leftover from the day before, and the sandwiches are dry and tough to eat. If you have to buy something, make sure it’s commercially packaged beverages or pastries.
