Very good location and great to get some work done! Lots of natural lighting and the seating layout is probably the best I’ve seen at a Starbucks in a while. Plenty of seating and every single seat has an outlet below.

The service here is 2nd to none. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. The manager Ashley really goes above and beyond to make sure that your order is out quickly and correct. She makes the store feel like a home that you can always come back to. My day is always made when I go to this Starbucks.

This location is run by nice, friendly people and is always clean. However, I order a Strawberry Acai Refresher on the app 3-4 times per week, and 50% of the time I receive a lemonade refresher instead of what I ordered.

This is what I received from DoorDash today. There was no bag. No seal. Drink was partially gone. I had the same experience yesterday, i ordered two drinks and I received it with no bag no seal. I was so upset and disgusted I through the sting away. Today again I received this. I called the store and spoke with JJ she was nasty, rude and disrespectful. Not only did she not take accountability or apologize she told me to call HR and they can pull the cameras. I am highly offended. I am appalled and I am angry. This store in general the employees are every nonchalant, rude and not very friendly past greeting you sometimes when you walk in. I will for sure get the cameras pulled. I will for sure see about taking legal . I could have got poisoned they could have slipped something in my drink. Without the protection how will I know my drink was not tampered with ? On top of that the drink was not even full as you can see. Clearly the people at this location do not care about How they treat their customers because there are no consequences. Or upper management and that confirms it with the way I was spoken to by this person JJ. I have had so many issues with the negligence, disrespect, and safety issues at this location. Earlier this morning I ordered a latte extra hot, they did not put any safety sleeve on ot or anything when I grabbed the drink and walked outside I was struggling to hold the cup then I realized why, a minute later my cup is falling and I burn the back of my hand. I will have the camera pulled for that as well since she suggested earlier that I was a liar but suggesting I get the camera pulled. How offensive and rude. I wonder why I am being treated like that ? Definitely looking into legal options. Shame on you people.

I came here and not even 5 minutes goes by before someone approaches me to inform me that I have to purchase something to be here. I know for a FACT that everyone who comes here doesn't purchase something, but yet they approached me a BLACK MAN!!! I saw NO ONE approached a white customer and they don't have any kind purchase in front of them. Terrible discrimination at it's highest.

Disappointing and Inconsiderate Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I urgently needed to use the restroom and politely asked if I could do so. However, the staff refused access unless I made a purchase. I explained that I was fasting and unable to eat or drink until a certain time, but they showed no flexibility or understanding of my situation.

Despite the store not being particularly busy, I was still required to buy something just to use the restroom. Begrudgingly, I purchased a coffee that I didn’t even drink, only to find that the restroom was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained—completely unacceptable for a place that serves food and drinks.

This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed in the lack of basic human decency. Starbucks should train its employees to handle such situations with more empathy, especially considering their public stance on inclusivity. I expected better and will definitely think twice before returning.

Today Saturday , there were 3 people standing outside at 5:55 am , never open the door until 6 :30 ., one of the customer said let us be inside , the staff was rude .
