This Starbucks has employees who don’t care or listen to what the customer wants when ordering food. They’re pumping their music and in their own world. I’m not coming back to this particular Starbucks.

** update Starbucks reach out to find out what happened. I explained. After a couple of apologies she offered a refund. I told her the time I spent dealing with their bad service is more than a drink but I would take the refund. They NEVER accredited my account. She Never sent the refund. No wonder the poor performance at their stores if corporate doesn’t care for their customers neither. All this while their stock is tanking. Shameless. I now cross the street to Pitango better coffee, better service for the same price . I just left 292 unclaimed rewards stars to expire as I have no interest in going back, not even for free stuff.
Horrible experience at this Starbucks.
This is the only Starbucks in my long list of Starbucks reviews that gets a one star. If you visit this place be aware of the very unfriendly barista. He served me a hot latte at a very cold temperature. I knew he used cold milk on my latte. I thought twice about saying anything. I was afraid that he will make the next latte extra hot if I give any feedback. I did it anyways. At the end of the day I paid for it. I got a very rude” next time you need to ask for extra hot” I told him no, I don’t want it extra hot. I just don’t want it COLD. He made me an extra hot latte that burnt my mouth. Rude. Entitled, little person. I hope karma gets him. Barista was white guy, dark brown long curly hair with an inappropriate shirt that was mostly open and unbuttoned.

I ordered online and went to the store to wait. While waiting, I saw the barista (white guy, didn’t get his name) making my drink. He clearly failed to put the brown sugar and vanilla bean powder. When asked about the items missing, he said I added it to the steaming cup. I know this is incorrect because I was standing there watching him make the drink. I said I watched you make the drink and you didn’t add it. He stated again, that he added it. I took his word and left. After leaving and walking a block away, I had to turn around and go back to the store because my tea just tasted like cold milk with no sugar or flavor. When I returned, I spoke to two ladies who were more than happy to assist, and fixed my drink asap. The gentleman looked at me and never apologized or took accountability for his mistake.
To the gentleman that clearly made my drink wrong and didn’t want to fix it when asked; this is my advice to you. People come to Starbucks daily and know how their drinks are suppose to taste. If you are not feeling well or not up to making drinks the proper way, then maybe you should run a register and not mess up drinks. Also, your customer service could really use some help. I was shocked by the lack of customer service he had. He could have fixed the drink in the moment, but he didn’t cause of his ego.

Its always my top go-to spot whenever my i need my caffeine fix! The coffee is consistently delicious, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. A perfect place to grab some coffee or settling in to get some work done. Highly recommended ig to anyone in the area.

The store is under construction, so there is limited seating, and it tends to get crowded during busy times. The staff is very friendly and are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

It's 5 AM I'm outside in the rainy cold cause they taking their sweet time opening the door. Would give 0 Stars if that was an option. It's 5:01 now. Smh
