change the service and attitude towards customers! The service is not welcoming at all, and the drinks are made anyhow. With such an attitude I don't want to come back, you are losing admirers like that

It looks like a homeless encampment inside the store.
I’ve quit going because there is a bum always inside sleeping or standing at the entrance way with a Pitbull that aggressive towards other dogs. I used to come in with my dog to get a coffee to go in the morning….no longer. It’s not worth the risk to my dog.
If Starbucks or Harris Teeter would enforce loitering laws I could go back to enjoying this establishment.

This location has the best coffee that I’ve ever ordered from Starbucks! This location is clearly well managed and the employees are super friendly and work quickly to fulfill the orders.

The person who helped me was a little hostile. In general the place has a very sad energy. I don't want to put the entire blame on the employee because you never know what the story is behind each person. What I can see is that the employees here are not happy and it is sad to see.
