I was RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I was asked to provide proof of my purchase (which is 100% understandable) but NOT when I watched her hand out drinks to every melanin deprived person. I’m sure this review won’t make a difference but DO BETTER.. and to make it worse this all came from A BROWN PERSON. I called to speak with the Manager Hope but was unable able to reach her to rectify the situation and if I didn’t have a 12:00 yoga class to get too I would have really dragged out the situation. But I will return, you will be at work and you will apologize.

Hope, Sweety, and the entire team at this Starbucks are always amazing! I recently needed help with a product, and both Hope and Sweety went above and beyond to assist me. This location is consistently great - clean, organized, and they never get my drink wrong. I always leave here happy. Highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff!

Very nice location! I love their accessibility and how quickly they make the drinks. I've been coming here every week and I don't think I will be stopping. Drinks are a bit expensive.

I am a DoorDash driver and a former Starbucks partner — I even still remember my old partner number. I understand that not every day is sunshine and rainbows; I’ve been in those shoes before. I often stop by this location while picking up orders for customers, as it’s been convenient to grab my own drink here.

In previous visits, my experiences were excellent — I felt genuinely welcomed, especially by the gentleman wearing the Coffee Master apron. However, when I returned today around 6:00 PM on 08/12, the only staff member on duty displayed a level of rudeness that was, frankly, remarkable. It created such an unwelcoming atmosphere that I found myself wondering if my presence was somehow an inconvenience to them.

Well — have a pleasant day. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, if only to spare them the apparent distress of having to serve me.

I’m a regular at Starbucks going at least twice a day most often to the Westbard & Sangamore locations. Since this particular Starbucks has reopened a few weeks ago, I’ve gone 3/4 times. Aside from the usual chaos due to volume, my order has been wrong I kid you not EVERY single time. I would avoid this location if possible. It’s just not worth the parking headache, the million people waiting at the pickup counter, combined with the lack of attention to detail which leads to your order being wrong more often than not.

The restroom door lock is broken. You think it's closed but it's not. They put a note that say I should push the door harder to lock it instead of fixing the problem

Dude doing the food is doing it in batches. Idk if it’s to walk back and forth mess or what but there are so many people waiting forever for food. Really regret ordering food here. Going to be late for work for sure. 20 mins for egg bites.

And then how do you burn a sous vide egg bite?
