Ordered few items through uber eats and luckily I saw this before I ate it....

Dude doing the food is doing it in batches. Idk if it’s to walk back and forth mess or what but there are so many people waiting forever for food. Really regret ordering food here. Going to be late for work for sure. 20 mins for egg bites.

And then how do you burn a sous vide egg bite?

Good place for a quick bite and coffee. Gets busy in the mornings. But the service staff still were able to cope up with the number of orders.

The service here is honestly not good, there is a clear lack of training in this location. They don’t know about the reward system, and refused to use my points towards a purchase. When ordering they repeat back the wrong drinks all the time, they don’t know ingredients to drinks, and they constantly are out of stuff. It’s near my work’s bank so I come every Monday but I think I will go to another.

The windows and the inside of the shop were so dirty that I couldn't place an order. I thought to myself, if this dirty in front of the customer's eyes, woe to that back.

This is my go-to Starbucks because the staff makes it seamless every time. Thank you to Sweety, Sasha, Levi, the Hawaiian princess, and the rest of the professional yet friendly staff. You work very hard and it’s much appreciated!

This Starbucks is extremely slow. I ordered a mobile order and waited 24 minutes past the time it was said to be ready. The barista acted unbothered when I brought this to her attention. She then brought my order over to the counter along with others. She never mentioned that she brought my drink over. Which would have been the friendly thing to do. I stood there another 5 minutes and asked again if my drink would be coming up. She smirked and pointed towards the orders she placed down and stated, “I already put it down a few minutes ago. “ This may not stop the income of the establishment, but I’d highly encourage you all to patronize in a place where your time is valued.

I’d also ask the staff to take some attention to their restrooms. They are very dirty!

The highlight, I finally got my coffee and I am alive!

Quick tip: Starbucks has a policy for unlimited refills. I usually take a small sized freshly brewed coffee and get 1 or 2 refills (Free of charge)

Vegetarian options: Vegan and Veg options exist. Food is clearly marked. Ask the staff if you need additional info. They're very helpful.

Took 20 minutes to get a coffee with milk and staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly.

If I could give it no stars I would ! The staff needs to be fired all of them !!! Rude nasty etc! They put your drinks out for anybody to grab after they make them ! This place has bad energy and I will not be returning ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
