Barista on the bar during busy Sunday rush had no idea what she was doing. Waited over 20 mins past time mobile order said it would be ready. I understand that Baristas need to train but maybe Sunday rush is not the time to do it. 2nd drink in mobile order was not made. Had to ask for it to be made and they made it wrong twice. I ended up just leaving. Thankfully I was able to get a refund on my card. I don't recommend this location.

I have come to this Starbucks so many times since it is close to me and this one in particular is SO slow. The people who work here have no personality. They will completely ignore you when you are standing right there. I also have seen on a handful of occasions that they will make a drink and just leave it sitting behind the bar for minutes before they to hand it off. I’ve had to say to employees on multiple visits “hey that’s my drink.” I also have had to wait to order sometimes 5 mins because everyone has their back turned and they won’t acknowledge the people waiting. I’ve always seen them staffed with multiple people on the floor so I don’t quite understand why their service is so poor.I try to give them grace because I am a former employee but this store is particularly bad because their employees just seem so unhappy and do not make any drinks with a sense of urgency. The manager needs to work on hiring good people or training these partners in customer service.

This is a busy Starbucks, so if you’re not a regular you will have to figure out this store’s specific methodology in placing pick up orders. I have never had it take 20 minutes to get a tap-poured drink at Starbucks. If you don’t have time, don’t come to this place. I couldn’t even see there was a cup with my name on it because it starts with a letter near the end of the alphabet and so was placed behind some storage canisters that were next to the area designated by the person handing out the drinks to be where in-cafe orders were coming out. I wasn’t looking there and even if I had been, my drink was hiding.

Drinks are consistently the same, I really enjoy iced espresso. I really like it tastes the same at every location
The staff here lacks basic manners and fails to respond politely to simple greetings like "how are you." Specifically, there's a young man with two piercings and a gold chain who needs a reminder that, despite growing up an iPad kid, he should still exhibit respectful behavior and not act entitled.

I've been here 4-5 times to get coffee and each time it's bad. I keep coming back at various times because it's convenient for me and get different drinks, but somehow it gets worse each time. The iced drinks are warm, they forget the syrup in an iced coffee (?) and get my orders wrong. Do not recommend coming here.
