What a terrible place out of ALL subways. Our sandwiches were all bread and I didn't get extra cheese and my bf didn't get extra meat. They were being very racist and Making rude comments in spanish (not knowing I speak spanish). I didn't say anything but everyone who wasn't of their ethnicity was subject to their vile and disgusting commentary. May want to think about replacing all your staff!

Staff seemed racist. Ordered double meat and double cheese and they didn't do it. If anything they gave us half portions. Ended up paying over $30 for 2 foot longs

My online order got to the shop… i could hear it beep… they were racist as i am Indian… and they didnt give me my food… and they kept saying they dont see the order while the other server kept smirking… they did this on purpose… they didnt give me my food after i ordered… i want subway to know this … it was today, around 12 pm, in bethesda maryland subway 7201.

Do not recommend. Ordered at this store by accident and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to hold my order so I could come pick up. Called multiple times and no answer. Also submitted three requests for contact via Subway’s main page, never head back from the store. Threw away $10 for a sandwich I never got.

They closed 10 minutes early for no good reason. I rushed to get there before closing, arriving at 8:19 with hours til 8:30. I watched one of the ladies leave with her husband.
The ladies didn't care that I had just paid to park and jogged over. Honestly ridiculous and no wonder this location has so many bad reviews. You've lost a customer in me.
Where is the work ethic? Where is the customer service? I expect better from a Bethesda restaurant when I bust my butt to give you my business and you're supposed to be open. Shame on you.

Very slow staff with little desire to work. A sandwich for $15 I find it excessively expensive. It must be said that the sandwich was very good. $3 drinks. We won't be back. There are cheaper options with higher food quality.
I can i understand the rating now… worst service I have gotten from anywhere! I had gotten a meal with 1 extra cookie for my daughter and instead charging for the meal with an extra cookie… they charged for each individual item and when asked why all they could say was the meal comes with 2 cookies you got 3…??♀️
