Food is mediocre but for the price is not all that bad. However, if you provide their advertised coupons sent to your mail they will not accept those coupons. Only participating subway locations so buyer beware!

I went there on Sunday March 8th. The staff's understanding of English was quite poor. I ordered a meatball sandwich but had to repeatedly ask about the type of bread, cheese, meat etc. which was disappointing. The staff were chatting with each other and not making the sandwich. This is the worst store.

What a terrible place out of ALL subways. Our sandwiches were all bread and I didn't get extra cheese and my bf didn't get extra meat. They were being very racist and Making rude comments in spanish (not knowing I speak spanish). I didn't say anything but everyone who wasn't of their ethnicity was subject to their vile and disgusting commentary. May want to think about replacing all your staff!
Staff seemed racist. Ordered double meat and double cheese and they didn't do it. If anything they gave us half portions. Ended up paying over $30 for 2 foot longs

My online order got to the shop… i could hear it beep… they were racist as i am Indian… and they didnt give me my food… and they kept saying they dont see the order while the other server kept smirking… they did this on purpose… they didnt give me my food after i ordered… i want subway to know this … it was today, around 12 pm, in bethesda maryland subway 7201.

Do not recommend. Ordered at this store by accident and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to hold my order so I could come pick up. Called multiple times and no answer. Also submitted three requests for contact via Subway’s main page, never head back from the store. Threw away $10 for a sandwich I never got.
