I come in to sweet green every other day with my family and they never have any avocados available. I don’t think they restock them and when they do they charge extra and leave them out overnight and it turns brown.

I rarely order from this Sweetgreen and I was reminded why last night. I got a pick up order and not only did they forget to include the bread despite my having specifically went in to select bread included, I also found a hair in my salad halfway through eating it. I have long hair, the hair in my salad was short, so clearly not mine.
I also just feel vaguely unclean every time I go into the store physically. It has a really strong smell and it just feels stagnant, as if the air hasn't been circulating. Really unpleasant overall, and the last time I order from this location.

Good bye Sweetgreen! Your prices are offensive and you do not accommodate your customers! I was told that I cannot swap wild rice for kale instead for the harvest bowl. Ordered a custom with the 2 less toppings than the Harvest and was charged $22! Bethesda is the worst location for add-ons.

Not coming back. I've moved to Bethesda recently and for years I order one salad from Sweetgreen a week. Since I buy it here the portion is minimal, they always mess up with the dressings and todays balsamic vinagrette was plain vinegar.

Hmmm. It seems the issues in Bethesda extend to the SG outpost in my office building. I have ordered from the app and had my salad or bowl delivered to the outpost many times. The portions are small as other indicated, but at least I don't have to walk down the street. Unfortunately, today my bowl didn't arrive at all. The customer service was prompt though, and I'm happy to upgrade my rating to 2 stars if I actually receive a refund.

I grabbed sweet green for my mother and I yesterday 7/21 to only find a bug of some sort in my salad. There’s no number for me to call, no way to get a refund of some sort and it’s not convenient for me to go to the location given that I work in Greenbelt and purchased my salad at the Bethesda location. Not to mention the portion size of the salad. I had to ask multiple times if the employee could add more.
Steven was the employee who took care of me. Even though I walked in just before closing, he was very pleasant and patient with me even though I changed my order a few times. Unlike some of the other reviewers, the portion size I received was very large. The food itself was the same above average quality you expect from Sweetgreen. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken and would gladly go back to order it again. This is especially true because there are not many options nearby that are open until 10 pm.

I was enjoying a salad and then I see bugs moving around my salad. There were green stink bugs alive in my salad don’t eat from this place they clearly don’t check the food.
