I am sad to write this as this is the closet location to me and I love the salads. A female employee was flossing her teeth right by the prep area. When she noticed I saw her, she just turned her back to me and continued to floss!!! How absolutely disgusting and a disregard for health of everyone who eats there. If management sees this, please ask your Sunday morning staff why they think flossing teeth over the food prep area is acceptable. I am planning to contact the board of health as well.

This weekend was my first time at SweetGreen. At most casual dining places, there are limited options for the vegetarians. However, when ordering my custom salad bowl, I found a range of options to choose from. The prices are reasonable. The staff was polite, courteous and accommodating. They even helped me sign up for the SG Rewards Program. Two things, if added to their menu, would make this place even more inviting: an assortment of simple sandwiches and fresh fruits. For a complete meal, I wouldn't mind a smaller Salad Bowl to go with a small sandwich. I plan to return soon to explore other creative possibilities for my next custom salad bowl. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for hearty simple and wholesome meal.

My mom ordered a salad last night and the female manager didn’t want to help her and she came back the next day and the same manager didn’t say sorry or offer my Mom a gift card. I believe her name was Ingrid I was going to add a photo of the manager not changing her gloves when she remade my mom’s salad. Are you kidding me this is embarrassing at this point. She was expressionless and didn’t give an f we’re going to corporate and we will handle this issue and get it resolved the right way. Check your cameras if I can give 0 stars I would. Our friends , family and coworkers come here not no more no more chances sweetgreen. I give this place a couple months till it gets shut down.

I hit up Sweetgreen Bethesda a couple of mornings a week to lock in my lunch, and let me tell you—Carlos is the MVP. The guy’s got that place running smoother than a Swiss watch and his crew? Rock solid. Feels like they’re all dialed in, and I’m here for it. Mad respect for the whole squad.

I come in to sweet green every other day with my family and they never have any avocados available. I don’t think they restock them and when they do they charge extra and leave them out overnight and it turns brown.

I rarely order from this Sweetgreen and I was reminded why last night. I got a pick up order and not only did they forget to include the bread despite my having specifically went in to select bread included, I also found a hair in my salad halfway through eating it. I have long hair, the hair in my salad was short, so clearly not mine.
I also just feel vaguely unclean every time I go into the store physically. It has a really strong smell and it just feels stagnant, as if the air hasn't been circulating. Really unpleasant overall, and the last time I order from this location.

Good bye Sweetgreen! Your prices are offensive and you do not accommodate your customers! I was told that I cannot swap wild rice for kale instead for the harvest bowl. Ordered a custom with the 2 less toppings than the Harvest and was charged $22! Bethesda is the worst location for add-ons.
