Service was terrible start to finish. Food was okay. Disappointed with the size of the Cheesecake slices, especially since the ones in the display case look much bigger. A disappointing way to celebrate a birthday.

We had an incredible meal at The Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake itself was nothing short of amazing - rich, creamy, and perfectly flavored. But the experience wasn't just about the food; the ambiance was spot-on, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter was exceptionally good, enhancing our dining experience with attentive and friendly service.

The only downside was the lack of a military discount, which would have been a nice touch. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return if we're ever back in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying meal with a great selection of desserts.

I am surprised that the restaurant at Montgomery mall won’t honor the fact that I have a reservation for my daughter’s birthday with the claim that it is a company policy that you don’t give a table for a party of 10 unless 80% of the guests are the restaurant! Never heard of that before anywhere, I am a paying customer, and the manager is insisting on that!!! Good Job!!!!!

Food is oily and chairs move.i can tell they use the cheap and worst type of cooking oil. Not good for your health.

The food always maintains the standard. The service staff has a little memory and always forgets things. I have to remind them twice. In summary, the food is good, the service is average, and the environment is good. I will come again.

Nice restaurant however be very careful if you have any allergies. I am celiac and got glutened here from eating here last night. I read other reviews and they said they use the same water to boil the GF pasta with the regular.

We had a disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We arrived for a meal with a group, but the staff refused to seat us until 80% of our party was inside the restaurant. This policy seemed unreasonable, especially considering our kids were waiting safely in the parking lot, and we simply wanted to get seated before bringing them in. Despite explaining our situation and asking for an exception, the staff was unwilling to accommodate us.

This lack of flexibility was frustrating and made our visit stressful before we even sat down. While we understand the need for policies, a little common sense and customer care would have gone a long way. We expected better service from such a well-known establishment.

Ordered a single slice of cake via Door Dash. Received a massive, frozen cake instead. Lol. Can't make this stuff up.

I am very disappointed how bad the service and food have become here. Our last experience here was not great. Our server didn't get our orders right, she left us unattended with only drinks for over half an hour (mind you it wasn't super busy), wasn't friendly. Our food - orders were wrong. Burger overcooked, not the correct rice, salmon overcooked, veey little salmon sauce, and almost no dressing on the salad ordered. I used to love coming here, but this was my 3rd bad experience and I don't think we will be coming again.

This is a pretty busy location, but we've always been seated quickly. The weekend brunch is my favorite - the cinnamon roll pancakes are just like a Cinnabon made love to a pancake.

The food was good but service and atmosphere not welcoming we felt like they didn’t want us there This was not the best experience server took the order drop the check after we finished paid and left .This is not what you want to experience after paying your money for service that doesn’t deliver hospitality. This is my 3 visit with similar experience. Train your staff not a pleasant experience overall..

Juan the Manager was not able to help me resolve the issue of my burnt Meat loaf which happened to be crunchy and burnt black. When I asked him for a remake he merely shrugged and mentioned removing it from my bill. Very Disappointing indeed! Really breaks my heart
