Ordered same salad I always order from other location in Chevy chase and this salad was not as good. Had very little chicken and it was mostly just lettuce.
Perhaps it was me but it felt way too cold, ac blowing. I tend to be usually hot. We asked if there was another table less cold but they were dismissive.
Proximity to kitchen was loud.
Waiter was very nice and fast, and bread came fast which often times seems to be in shortage.
That evening this location at Montgomery mall was closer but in the future I’ll stick with Chevy chase.

They make you wait in the lobby until your whole party is there even mid week when there are plenty of tables. Mashed potatoes and vegetables were barely warm, they just throw it all on a warm plate and pretend it's good enough. Inattentive in refilling drinks. Expensive meals. At least the food was tasty.

I love Cheesecake Factory but y’all cannot advertise your new chicken biscuits untruthfully. I understand they’re small platters but based on their advertising I was expecting something good. Two shriveled up chickens on poorly formed biscuits with one of them seeming like half a biscuit. Service was mediocre. I would have returned if dish if I did not have to be somewhere immediately after this restaurant trip.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at Westfield Mall in Bethesda. The service was great, and our waitress (Anna) was very kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the food and overall experience didn’t quite match the service. The food itself was okay, and I noticed the napkins had a strong smell, almost like they had been washed and dried in grease, which was off-putting.

I ordered the strawberry shortcake, but the biscuits had an odd smell, almost as if they had been sitting next to ham in the fridge. Overall, it felt like the quality has gone down significantly compared to what I’ve experienced in the past.

That said, they kindly swapped the dessert for something else, and the Cinnabon cheesecake is amazing. Highly recommend!

My fiancée had made reservations for dinner, upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess whose attitude was very rude. We didn’t wait that long due to the reservations. We were seated, and a server greeted us immediately. We had two different servers, the first one was a kind gentleman, who didn’t rush me and my fiancée whatsoever. He offered help with the menu if we had any questions.

When we were ready to order, we were greeted with a new server. Her attitude was horrible, she was not attentive whatsoever, she was acting as if we were a burden or a chore to her. We placed our appetizers, and our courses. The appetizers came out spectacular, we ordered the pretzel bites and cheese. They were warm; and the cheese was fantastic. When our main courses came out, (my fiancée got the club sandwich and I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.) My pasta came out dry, and the pasta was obviously well cooked. The noodles tasted very chewy and bitter, there was also little to no chicken. I politely asked the manager, Oscar I believe his name was if I could receive a recook. His assistance and helpfulness was very appreciated. Once my new pasta came out it was much better.

Later on, the server doesn’t check up on us once. When she finally does, she has bags and boxes for us in her hands. She didn’t even offer dessert or anything else. We kindly asked her for cheesecake for here, she asks us constantly “for here not to go?” As if she was rushing us out. Once we told her which ones we’d like, she told us that the WHOLE cheesecake has to defrost?? It was a plain cheesecake with strawberries. After she told us that, we were fed up and wanted to leave. She handed us the check and the cheesecakes to go. I looked at the cheesecake inside of the box and it was ready to eat, it didn’t need to defrost whatsoever. The cake itself was soft and so was the strawberries. She takes an extra 15 mins to grab the bill and when she does she completely snatches it off the table and doesn’t say anything.

After being given the recipe and card back, she doesn’t say anything. Not even a “have a good night” or anything. I spoke with the manager Oscar again before leaving to inform him of the experience we had. While I was talking to him, there were multiple servers watching me through the kitchen glass and staring. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome at this point.

To top it off, when we were leaving, our server was sitting outside braiding another employee’s hair.. I mean come on. This experience was by far the worst. For the “top tier” hospitality, it was the worst.

My boyfriend and I needed to eat before heading to the movies. Upon arriving, several servers were talking to the other staff at the booth, we were standing waiting to be seated. Mind you the restaurant wasn't crowded. After they finished talking, which was 12 mins, we were finally taken to our seats. We ordered appetizers and I ordered the Coconut Limeade nonalcoholic drink. It was delicious!!! As for the food, the Cajun Shrimp was great and the Sweet Corn Tamales also fabulous!! Unfortunately, my boyfriend's Buffalo wings was too much vinegar and salty, but he did like the Meatball Sliders. As for the Cheese pizza it was ok.

It’s been about 7 years since being back at this restaurant. I had forgotten how much I enjoy both the food and atmosphere. It was a great experience catching up with my bestie while delighting in our food.
