I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at Westfield Mall in Bethesda. The service was great, and our waitress (Anna) was very kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the food and overall experience didn’t quite match the service. The food itself was okay, and I noticed the napkins had a strong smell, almost like they had been washed and dried in grease, which was off-putting.

My boyfriend and I needed to eat before heading to the movies. Upon arriving, several servers were talking to the other staff at the booth, we were standing waiting to be seated. Mind you the restaurant wasn't crowded. After they finished talking, which was 12 mins, we were finally taken to our seats. We ordered appetizers and I ordered the Coconut Limeade nonalcoholic drink. It was delicious!!! As for the food, the Cajun Shrimp was great and the Sweet Corn Tamales also...

Perhaps it was me but it felt way too cold, ac blowing. I tend to be usually hot. We asked if there was another table less cold but they were dismissive.
