Horrible experience . The WORST customer service. After spending $49 on 3 desserts, 2 drinks, and 5 macarons I expected more. The girl took my drink order incorrectly and argued with me for 10 min, telling me that is what I ordered. The girl making the drinks also refused to give me the correct drink. I asked her to call her manager she refused. After arguing with her for another 10 min. She finally gave me the correct drink a hot coco, but said she would only put it in a to go cup, it lacked flavor and was only filled half way in a small cup.

Good pastries but small and servers always look miserable. I haven't been here for a year so I was hoping it had changed. I've never been to a pastry shop where they demand you pay before packing your order. Just the last few times the girls taking my order seem put out that they are working. Very odd. I used to work in a coffee shop and that attitude would not have been tolerated. Lauderee (sp) is now in Bethesda row, so I usually just go there or to Fresh Baguette. Not worth going here when there are better choices.

The customer service is so poor here that it ruined my day off. A woman with a curry hair lacks a skill necessary for her job. She did not ask whether here or to go and assumed to go whild I plannd here. She didn't pass me a set of cutlery.
Saturday 11/11/2023 Found this spot on yelp when looking for really good bread pudding. This bakery sells baked goods at a pretty high price but that's fine with me as long as the food is worth it. I got bread pudding $4.05 and the caramelized filled croissant $4.95. The bread pudding while smaller than expected was pretty good and I would get it again. The caramelized filled croissant was surprisingly very good but definitely smaller for a near 5$ price tag. The croissant is filled with a caramel praline type of filling and tastes even better when slightly warmed up. All in all, this bakery is one that I would recommend and return to if in the area.

Chef Jerome designed and made our wedding cake. It's absolutely beautiful and delicious!!! It was a great size to serve 80 guests. All of the three cakes that we did tasting were amazing, but we chose the Ambasador which has custard in it, and apparently Chef Jerome made the same flavor for his own wedding. Chef Jerome also hand delivered the cake on my wedding day to make sure it was in its perfect condition. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wedding cake vendor!!

This is a cute bakery with great pastries and coffee. All the pastries I've tried here were yummy. I liked the chocolate pistachio croissant and the macarons. I liked that they had a large variety of baked goods. The interior had a pretty design and the service was good. There is inside seating if you wanted to stay and enjoy your beverage or pastry.
