There’s no one working even though it’s during working hours. Payed for an online order through the app and now no one’s here to make it. They have multiple online orders piling up since it’s listed as open. Don’t recommend this store in particular. Others are fine but the food, drinks, and service at this one have consistently been well below the bare minimum.

I've been waiting for almost 30 mins to be served because no one is on the register. Probably hiding at the backroom. Not a good Business to deal with. Very disappointed. My rating is actually (-0). Don't deserve a 1-star.

When the smoothies and food are made correctly, they are delicious! However, certain workers do not make them correctly and they are bland. Also, there is one worker in particular that is slower than poured molasses in subzero temperatures. It took 7 minutes for her to make a smoothie because she technically finished the order after ours first. Not sure why they continue to pay her.

If I can give 0 stars I WOULD, the ladies there are extremely rude an show that they do not like their jobs, how they even got their jobs is a questioning as well.
EVERYtime I or my husband greet with smiles or " good mornings" they roll their eyes, rush through the smoothies and smack their lips at us. It's steered me away from even coming. If the customer service doesn't get better they'll lose business. It's at the point where I don't even trust them to make our drinks or food.

Please Hire friendly staff!!

Stop hiring people that hate their job. Customer service is disgusting.The employees don’t man the cash register. So you can’t tell if anyone is working. The young lady that DECIDED to walk from the back to the front, acknowledges that she heard me ring the bell the first time and that I didn’t need to ring the bell again. No greeting. No “ma’am, I’m in the back prepping, please be kind”. None of that.So you just lost my business. This is not the first time I’ve encountered an employee with a terrible attitude. And, I’m letting other customers know that tropical smoothie does not know how to hire workers with customer service.

Food is always great but when I ordered today, a young man came from the back room and asked if I have been helped. I said Hello and no sir. He then proceed to say what do you want. It was a rude tone and he seemed annoyed that i was ordering. After ordering I was waiting for my Flatbread and smoothie and one of the girls working was facetiming someone and seemed annoyed that I ordered food. Customer service isn't the best here.
