The Food was delicious. We ordered the Tuna Bowl, Pesto Pasta, and the Ancient Grains bowl, and some appetizers. The staff is friendly. The reason for the lower review, is that the wait time for the food was SOOO long. We waited about 1 hour and our food came out separately for our dinner plates. It was Father's Day, and "Dad" received his meal after we were done. They seemed surprised it was busy, although it was Father's Day. Restaurant was 1/2 full, so I suppose we were lucky it wasn't totally full. This is the third or so time we have experienced long wait times for our food, and inconsistency with the food and drinks coming out. The food is good, but I'm not sure I will go back to dine in. Take out only for us in the future.

A tried and true favorite restaurant, with a large and varied menu, consistent service and the ability to linger when it's not crowded. The lunch trio special of a non-alcoholic beverage, starter and sandwich or wrap was economical. Suitable for everyone, especially vegetarian and vegan leaning guests who appreciate color, texture and flavor. Keep shining True Food Kitchen!

Joyful ambience with high ceilings and open space. The food is tasty, fresh, very flavorful, and the portions are good. Service is excellent with friendly and attentive staff.
Terrible service and extremely slow.I would not return or suggest. Only go if you like being frustrated. There are plenty of other options in Bethesda.

Phoebe was our server and she was awesome!!! I'm vegan and have nut allergies and the manager made sure my food came was carefully cooked. This is a great food spot I will be back!

The waiter seemed in a rush to get us out of there at 8pm dinner. The food was good but overpriced. The humus was too spicy for us to eat. A menu warning would be helpful.

The waiter was great! The orders were incorrect. I was given my salad to go because they gave me cold slaw vs a salad. My friend never got her salad. The establishment is lacking quality control on the food orders. The bread tasted uncooked.
