Ordered for pickup. A chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. Sandwich was good and pleasant surprise it has chips.Ordered the braised beef I was so excited for. There is one small one inch piece of beef. Without the meat the dish is hard to eat because it has mash potatoes and little to no texture. The one piece of beef was great.$12 for okay mash potatoes and braised mushrooms. Had the dish been advertised as "braised veggies in beef sauce" id feel okay.

Had high hopes for this place but ended up disappointed. We dined in and to order you HAD to download the app. The app ended up glitching and I couldn't submit my order. After many tries, eventually gave up and went to order at the counter. Food came out relatively quickly but it was medicore or too salty. Seems like it could be a solid restaurant in theory but weak in its execution especially considering the price.

I love Urban Plates. Their food never fails to disappoint and it seems like they're a rare gem making home food reminiscent of what Mom used to put on the table. Always excited to stop here, even if it's a bit pricier than what I'd normally spend on mall food.

This is a first time ever in my life leaving review in any place.Not only chicken on Chicken Salad was all burnt but also it was all fatty skin part and there were no white meat part in any chicken to eat. It was chunk of fats cut in pieces. This Salad is way different than the picture you had on the menu by the register.It went right in to trash can.I will not recommend your place to anybody.
