I always go to this location each time I have an appointment nearby and have always gotten my food quickly, correctly, and fresh.

I walked in a bit on the late side looking for a quick and easy breakfast. The workers didn't turn me down for being almost three minutes until breakfast was over, first amazing thing. Tiana, my host was very kind, even asking me how I like my coffee, which I haven't been asked in ages. I definitely will come here again!
Service was quick, the promotion of 2 spicy sandwiches for $7 was great.
Perhaps the poorest Wendy’s I have ever visited. Slow service, poor customer service, and very dirty bathrooms. It is a great shame as this restaurant serves and Military base and its poor condition and poor service are an affront to the military members it serves.

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve visited…worldwide. The cashier argued with me about how to input my burger order, then did it her way and it was made wrong THREE times before the guy came out and just asked me what I wanted (a simple condiment order). The selectable drink machine was out of all Coke products and they refused to fill inside restaurant customers drinks with the drive thru machine so I had to get a refund for my drink then drive thru to order a Diet Coke by itself, then walk back inside to eat. Completely ridiculous. Having a captive military customer base is a horrible excuse to justify horrible service.

This location is poorly managed beyond imagination. The employees are rude and the food takes a ridiculous amount of time to be served.We went through the drive through today with only one car in front of us. We ordered burgers only and waited 19 minutes for the food.The shocker was when the manager walked over and said “you got doubles right?” She literally tossed the bag at my husband and walked away.Fortunately for this Wendy’s, they are the only drive-thru on this base because if anyone ever opens another option I have a feeling that this location could not treat customers like this and stay in business!

Freshest 4 for 4 I've ever had! You can hop the fence to get there, but it's much easier to just offer the guard a bite of your baconator in exchange for access. Pro tip: he doesn't like tomato

Would love to see the coke machines in the dining area fixed, they're always out of syrup, out of ice, and broken.Workers are always nice in the drive thru. It's a Wendy's.
