Primarily the staff speaks both English and Spanish. They accept cards and cash. It takes from 1 to 6 minutes to get your order depending how busy they are and what you ordered. I have ordered the breakfast sandwiches, signature coffee and paninis and I have been extremely pleased every single time.

I asked for an americano coffee with almond milk. So basically an americano is a simple cup of coffee. When I asked for almond milk the barista began turning my simple coffee into a latte. When I asked why did you do that ? She states "that's what you ask for". From the start of my order I had to explain I'm a vegan and wanted almond milk instead of cream. Not a bad little spot to run in and get a quick coffee or sandwich. Personally I think the prices are a bit on the higher side when compared to other coffee shops. I think they are relying on the fact of their location. It is located in the building where a majority of the administrative paperwork of NSA Bethesda is performed so there are always office workers or those who just have to have that morning kick start. There is a variety of foods already prepared if you are in a rush but you have a choice of freshly made items if you want to go that route.

Coffee shop is located in the lobby of building 10 (the building where the in-patient wards are on the floors above). The coffee and sandwiches are good as are the, pastries, etc. but nothing to write home about. What makes William III successful is the convenience of its location. Still the staff is friendly (generally) and the tables / seating area is kept clean and the coffee is better than the Subway, 3 Stars.
