I visited Rita’s and I thought their product was rather “pricey” but I would try it anyway. I purchased 3 “orange cake” cupcakes…… they in fact were yellow cup cakes with orange flavored icing so I was very disappointed 😢
Called to order a small cake today for the first weekend in August to celebrate my 50th birthday. Kris was extremely rude to me as I was asking questions about the cake & the options available to me as far as cake itself, filling, writing, etc. She said it usually takes 3 minutes to place an order & our call was 14:34. She said she had no problem with me sending an email to the owner about her. She said she had no time to take my order, line was out the door, she was overwhelmed...read full review
We’ve been getting cakes and cupcakes here for more than 30 years. Even since we’ve moved away, my son doesn’t consider his birthday complete without a cake from Rita’s. Everything is amazing and it seems like they keep coming up with new deliciousness every-time we visit.
