All the workers always have an attitude it’s so disgusting. One of the ladies specifically, she’s a bit chunky and wavy hair in a bun always and I mean ALWAYS talks to me very rudely. Last night she was very disrespectful and disgusting. At least pretend you want the job, we pay for our things and she always has an attitude when we request without or more of somethings. She needs to be fired and the one in glasses too she’s so rude all the time. Bitterass womans.

sálvense del carácter q tienen aquí. en primera, entra uno, y la cara q le dan a uno... dios mio. ni una sonrisa, ni un "hola" habiendo 4 personas trabajando, una con la cabeza en el... ya saben. segunda, se acerca uno para pedir, y las empleadas piensan q uno no las oye cuando están hablando solo pq están hablando en inglés. casi q le aviento el helado. hablando de los demás clientes, "gordos" como ellas se referían, como si ellas fueran modelos. por favor. en tercera, cuando le pregunto el nombre de los jefes de la paletería a la persona q estaba ahí, me dice q no tienen nombre q no saben de quién es. que???? están trabajando por un fantasma? o q pedo? no me entiendo pq tienen a gente tan maleducada trabajando ahí. está bien si hacen dinero, pero imagínese cuánto más no estuviera haciendo si la gente fuera de mejor humor. pq yo no regreso. y me da lástima pq el helado está tan bueno. y no creo q sea la primera, ni última vez q pace. entra uno feliz y sale amargado como ellas. pero bueno.
Came to La Neveria Michoacana for a sweet treat and opted for a banana split. I chose 2 vanilla and 1 tres leches scoops topped with M&M's, peanuts, and wafers. It was delicious! The homemade ice cream stood out with its quality taste. I'll definitely return for more.

Great stuff however (some )not all of the workers have ver bad customer service! Only reason i will never come back. I then saw the reviews and noticed this was something common and the store replies they will resolve this matter but it seems they haven’t.

The ice cream was a 10/10 and the prices are super reasonable. My total for 3 ice creams was how much I would spend on ONE ice cream at a place like Ben & Jerry’s

I found this gem by word of mouth. And let me start by saying I am glad someone told me about it. I have been here on multiple occasions. My favorite menu item is the mangonada. The mango is always fresh and ripe not hard like other places that put green mango sometimes. The chamoy and tajin are perfect. The mango ice cream taste like pure mangoes. They have some Mexican candies also which is nice. I've had some other ice creams flavors but I auailly go for the mangonadas.
