Service was excellent but food was very bland. Soup of the day was super salty. Brussel sprouts were burnt. Steak had absolutely no seasoning. Potatoes had no seasoning. Everything was way over priced. Not going back.
Kaya was the BEST SERVER EVER! I had the New York strip and it was melt in your mouth, seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. Our party also had the Apple BBQ short ribs and the crab cake sandwich and we all had clean plates. I had the peach cobbler with ice cream-the peach wasn't warm but it was delicious, a little spice and the caramel was yummy. We requested to speak to a manager to compliment Kaya and the owner responded-super nice and had a great talk!
We really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant—it was welcoming and set a great tone for the evening. We started with the crab dip and Brussels sprouts, and both appetizers were very good. The house side salads that followed were also enjoyable.
