Tried Branded Chophouse this evening and, WOW! The measure of a business is not best taken when everything runs smoothly but rather in how they handle a “hiccup “. We made a reservation online through a 3rd party site. When we arrived there was some confusion as it was 6 on a Saturday night and they couldn’t locate our reservation.
