Recently a family member hired this business for a repast a few weeks ago. While the funeral service was excellent, the food was lack luster. I must say out of the many funerals I’ve attended, this was one of the nastiest meals encountered. The collard greens were nothing more than vinegar and water. Mac and cheese bland and burnt. Basic rolls and corn bread. Chicken over seasoned and dry along with a bland nursing home style apple cobbler. Included with the undesirable food was the undesirable staff that acted as though they were serving in jail (looked apart too). Please teach your staff professionalism as it was witnessed several times an older skinny lady barking orders at guests as if she was in elementary school lunch lady serving kindergartners. Judging by the 5.0 reviews that they have, I’m pretty sure it’s their staff, family, and friends fabricating reviews. Hopefully they get new cook and learn going forward or I can help a family that is in need of proper comfort food.
We reached out to Alex Hall who stated that this should have been communicated during the time of service, which is very much hard to do during a day of great grief. While we wanted to inform him for his future customers, his response was more so combative and lacked being apologetic even when no one was asking for a refund just providing feedback. I understand why people do not use local businesses for this reason alone.

Had the wonderful pleasure to work with this company. The professionalism that was extended to my family for our event was absolute next level supreme. Mr. Alex kept in constant contact with me though the process and ensured every aspect of the event was covered And then the food was prepared so exceptionally well, I know I'm will be utilizing this wonderful company again. My event was in May so, I'm a little late leaving this and I sincerely apologize. but let me assure you, there is no greater company to host any event you are looking to cater.

All I can say is Mr. Alex and his team were AMAZING to work with as they catered our "2021 Community Earth Day - Spring Clean Event." They did a picnic style food menu for us complete with grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, baked beans, pasta salad....they even did "made to order funnel cakes". The event was a success and his staff followed extra care guidelines as we are now living in a COVID environment. All meals were handled and served by staff to individual customers as they approached the truck's window for food. The food was absolutely what we asked for and then some...sooo yummy!!!
