Their food is so appetizing, flavorsome, tasty, delicious, delectable, and mouthwatering! ? The babyback ribs with BBQ sauce are is my favorite thing on the menu, they're so flavorful! ? I also like their fried onion rings, salads ?, bacon burger ?, and chicken sandwiches. ? Excellent, attentive customer service. ? Definitely worth visiting! 5/5☆

From outta town, this was my first time at this establishmint. Went for a familiy reunion. Had a good time, the margraritas helped with that no doubt. My bratty great niece was pissin me off, drove me to drink. had to have at least 8 margritas. My nubskull son had to take me back to the hotel early tho cause I got to rowdy for the applebees and they kicked me out. They don't let you stand on the bar.

This place has a very very very poor customer service unfortunately I can’t remember the young waiters name. We placed an order for drinks and food which took forever to arrive not even the water nor the drinks. Several mins after the food arrived my partner who started eating say 15 minutes ahead of me was done and yet no Silverware to eat my own food. By the time I mentioned it to the waiter I don’t have a silverware for the food I think she was irritated and I still never got it instead she went away saying something like she don’t even care about the job and all that and she never came back to make sure. So I asked the food be returned and taken out of my bill So I can pay for what we had on the bill which is the drinks and my partners meal the chicken tacos(I should have taken a picture of that too) bill. This took another what 25- 30 mins which I had to request to see the manager before we could leave. Imagine that non chalant attitude?
I don’t think anyone in the food business who understands people actually come in hungry to eat or to actually satisfy their hunger wouldn’t treat clients like that even if they don’t care about their job, they should at least care about satisfy the reasons why anyone ever walked into their restaurant.

Food was excellent. Unfortunately our waitress was terrible. The waitress took at least 15 minutes to come ask for our order. I couldn’t get a name as she didn’t have a name badge and I didn’t bother asking. She NEVER came by to ask if we needed anything… up until the point where we were all finished with our food and ready for the check. We won’t be returning.

We came to the restaurant today, there was 2 families waiting. Two additional families walked in, however we turned a left after waiting 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. This is really. bad management

Our waitress was better than the food. As far as I saw, there was only one waitress and 1 busser for the entire restaurant. Shoot, maybe he was the manager. Either way, props to our waitress for getting our order done. The food was greasy and unappealing, the seats ripped and dirty. Generally, I doubt we'll be back anytime soon. It was a step down from Dennys in regards to the food quality

I walk in and the host was on their phone. After waiting he finally look up and put his phone away. We got our food and it was fair. Noticed another waiter on their phone. When leaving out a waiter bumped into me because he was looking down on his phone. Leaving out the door a worker was walking in to work on her phone. Did not see a supervisor but won’t ever come back. How can everyone working be on their phones ?.

I don’t know about the service inside but plan ahead if you do curbside….I ordered curbside an hour before arrival at 5:45pm. Arrived at 6:25pm received text that food will be out shortly. When no food arrived at 6:45pm I went in to ask where is my curbside order. I purposely ordered an hour in advance so the food would be ready by the time I arrived. However I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get food. If I had not gone inside it would’ve been longer. “Hello, most lunch breaks are only 30 minutes and you took up 20 minutes.

My family and I was not greeted by a host because there wasn’t one at the door. The lighting over our table was very dim, almost as if we were eating in the dark. It was rather warm in the restaurant & smelt of a strong odor like filthy carpet. Our food indeed did take a long time to come out. Here is where it gets crazy!!! My son jumps from the table and yells, Ma a roach!! A roach crawled on the table onto his plate & walked around on the food like he owned the place. That place needs the health department to intervene. Please zoom in to see the roach.
Really enjoyed it here it was very nice the service was great and so were the people there

I have never left a comment, good or bad, but here... We hesitated to come given certain comments, and indeed we should have abstained: long wait before being seated, people look at us but no one comes towards us. Then we start by ordering 4 drinks, 30 minutes of waiting to be served! And for the meal… 1 hour later still not served… the waitresses seem to be slowing down. I would like to point out that the restaurant is far from crowded.

I haven’t eaten Applebees in about 10 years. My family and I gave this chain another try after the frequent advertisements we’ve seen on our daily media outlets. After doing some research on local options, we chose this location .
Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvements with-in the chain…
1) There was not a host or welcoming atmosphere when walking in. After about 5 min we were greeted and seated. (Mind you there was not anyone else in the lobby waiting)
2) Drinks were decent. I got a watermelon margarita bucket.
3) Appetizers and food, overall took a long time to come out. (I sent the onion rings back because they were burnt)
4) Overall, the kitchen overcooked our meals. I’m not sure if they understand how to cook meat at preferred temperature. Our burgers were DRY and OVER cooked. My family also had the bourbon chicken. They did not like the mashed potatoes or sauce made for the meal. However, the fried shrimp platter came out well.
5) The server lacked hospitality and awareness, which is very disappointing when spending time and money at an establishment. My tip to her is to be more aware and engaging with her guests…
Unfortunately, my family went home underwhelmed and unsatisfied.
