I bought a pretzel on 03/31/23. It was extremely stale. It tasted like it had been left over for 5-7 days. I thought they were supposed to be made fresh daily; apparently not for this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I won't be buying from Aunt Annie anymore. ?

We won't be coming back.The service here is BAD, and we waited at least 25 minutes for pretzel nuggets that were supposed to be ready in half that time, but at least they tasted like they were supposed to.

Pretzel Nuggets were received were stale and old tasting, the hotdogs pretzel were extremely burnt! Shouldve save my money! I will never purchase from there again! Yuck!

I’ll just put one star , I’ll put 0 if I could. I haven’t even ate here but their restaurant is always dirty and whenever I say Hi to someone they just don’t say anything lol. AUNTIE ANNIES ON CRAIN HWY IN BOWIE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET FIRED AND START ALL OVER AGAIN LOL.

Stopped by to grab pretzel nuggets. They didn't have any made. The worker told me they couldn't make anything else until they sold what they had. They only had 3 petzels ready to sell. She turned away 3 customers while I was there. You mean to tell me you all turn away customers vs.making more food to sell? That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever experienced.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. Called in the day before the Super bowl to get 2 nugget buckets. Spoke to a young man around 4:50 and he told me it would take about an hour. With that being said, we made the pickup time 6:00. I get there at 6:05 and pick up a couple of items from Walmart. Get to the line at 6:15 and there was an African lady there that said she was the manager. I asked her if the items were ready and she said that the guy that took my order was gone and she didn't make it. So I waited an hour for something that never got made. The worst part is that she said it so nonchalantly with no remorse for the mistake made and no apology. So I went to the one on Annapolis road and when I called them they had it ready in 30 minutes.

January 20, 2020, at 6:16pm, No pretzels products to sell. Second day in a row I have come in and there were no pretzels to purchase. Rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by being there. The one at Bowie Town Center was much better. Take some lessons on customer service.
