The store is meh. And so is the service. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and I have more toppings than ice cream. So my experience could have been better.

Been here 3 times in recent weeks. Always slow to take orders despite me being the only one in line - 1 time they gave the wrong order to me. The last time they closed the store 10 minutes early because they didn’t feel like serving us.Just go down the street to Coldstone. Don’t waste your time here.

DO NOT ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE FROM HERE. This is the third time this location has messed up a custom cake order and refuses to make it right. They've even failed to have a cake made on time and claimed that my brother never picked it up and refused to return payment. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Mohammad, the franchise owner, doesn't care about customers, he's only concerned about his profits.

The ice cream was great! Everything was fresh and clean. The customer service was amazing, and the flavors that they sold were mouth-watering! I would highly recommend, and their cakes are absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the Lemon Sorbet, and their great tasting Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.

The location is busy and the service is good. However, if they aren't out of Pralines and Cream, they're out of walnuts or bananas or something. If they could stock up on their products I'd be willing to give them a much higher rating.

Umela was very rude. Sounded like she didn't want to make any ice cream. I ordered a premium oreo Sunday with sprinkles and a cherry on top. She said she cannot make it this way, because the sprinkles and cherry will be too much for the lid to close. Sprinkles and a cherry aren't much added volume to prevent a lid from closing. Anyways, we got a two scoop Sunday because she was to incompetent to understand that. She also doesn't speak very good English, but insisted on not letting us speak to the kid behind her who speaks perfect English.Once she handed us our order she had the audacity to tell us how we should order next time. Excuse me, but I'm the customer and your job is to listen to what I want and make it. Do not tell me how to order. Umela needs more training.

My daughter loves the donuts, but they aren't fresh. I prefer Krispy Kreme. The DD coffee is good, though I like PJs better. Service at this location is fine. Its good they have ice cream also which is great for warmer spring and summer months.
