On 2 separate occassions milkshake had way too much milk. Almost water like. They should stop stretching the ice cream with extra milk just to make an extra buck.

Every time I visit this Baskin N Robbins, the customer service is horrible. I sat in drive-through for 4 minutes and no one came on the mic. I drive to the window and they are just standing there. The customer service is horrible, not friendly, and very frustrating.

Came to this location on Easter Sunday evening with my kid to get ice cream never again it was like I bothered them to order something then the dude threw my ice cream Sunday in the bag the girl taking my order seemed so bothered they will never get another cent of mine no one should have to pay for terrible service

I have visited this BR several times this summer and requested the Unicorn Kids Ice cream and on several occasions including today the manager has said that there are no unicorn cups and that it becomes unicorn when we add sprinkles and that increases the price by $1.00. Yet that is not what the menu shows. I’m over the Bowie, MD Hall Rd store.The menu clearly shows 3 different kid themed cups and this is the BR web description: The three lovable creatures, a Unicorn, Mermaid and Monster, cross over from their magical world into Baskin-Robbins shops through playful cup designs, an edible white chocolate topper and a colorful explosion of sprinkles.

Only this drive-thru is open at 7:30 pm when the store post being open until 9:00 p.m. Also, this store does not post anywhere the supposedly 31 flavors of ice cream available. That's the least they could do for charging $4.50 for one scoop!

My worst experience at this store!
I notice servers wasn’t wearing mask.not so okay! Been going there for months and I’ve never experienced such sloppy service. 2 servers without masks talking over ice cream/buckets in freezer, serving soft top ice creams, have to be told many times “that’s too soft” now cashing out. Female obviously can’t do maths, counting money for almost 3-5 minutes can’t seem to get the change right.
Then got an attitude, when told my change is $2 and the other server shouted we been here since the morning shift!
Overworked employees give bad service Baskin Robbins!

I went to the bathroom first and it deterred me fromwanting anything. If they clean the bathroom like this, just imagine the care in cleaning they put into the kitchen. Gross ?
