Have ALWAYS had a great experience at BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse. The food is incredible. Friendly staff. And, great / tasty takeout - when you need too.

First time I have ordered from here and very disappointing! I had my food delivered through doordash and my dasher was pleasant but let's get to the staff here! They DO NOT follow INSTRUCTIONS! I ordered a rib-eye with asparagus and French fries. The steak was red inside and I specifically asked for it to be WELL DONE, don't waste your time or money on this as it has NO FLAVOR AND MAJORITY FAT THEN STEAK! the asparagus wasn't mushy which I like that part but again, don't waste you time on that either as it has NO FLAVOR. French Fries are fries, probably the only item no restaurant can mess up! Let's just say after $50 something dollars later, I will stick with longhorn strak house! Sorry BJs but yall disappointed on the first try!

Sorry I was not impressed. When we first arrived and walked in my cousin asked if I smelled gas. I said yes. She asked if I still wanted to eat here and I said yea because the smell could be anything. We were seated immediately (this was around 1pm on a Saturday).
Our server was very nice and very patient with us. She had to keep returning because we were unprepared. We tried to order the Sangria, but that was unavailable. Our server recommended other drinks which was very kind of her. So we order the drink she suggested and that was great!
I had the classic cheeseburger and fries. It was nothing special. I ate it. My cousin got a steak I think and the Brussels sprouts-which she said was nothing special with that sauce on them.
As we were leaving the fire truck arrived. Probably for the gas smell.
Overall I was underwhelm, but the service was good and the drink was very good!

BJ's in Bowie has fallen off. The customer service was horrible. We sat to have a family meal (12 people) at 2:15pm and we left there at 6:30pm. Most of us order wings pizza and salads. Those who ordered fries they came warm not hot after waiting hours for their food. The manager did not walk the floors to check on the customers. He stood at the take out counter flirting with the young lady working take out. The entire experience left my entire family saying they will not return to that BJ location. We will take the drive to Laurel MD or not patronize BJs again.

I had the best experience! The service was out of this world. My server David knew the menu well and was able to point out vegan options that I could do while I'm fasting this month. David and Angeles even sang happy birthday to mom for her birthday today. I love their energy and hospitality. This place has a huge menu option so you'll definitely find something to eat. Me and my mom will definitely be back! Shoutout to the best two servers David and Angeles!

I had an outstanding experience at BJ’s Restaurant thanks to Angeles! She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Her service truly stood out and made everything memorable. I highly recommend asking for Angeles when you come—she is the best and will make sure you’re well taken care of!

Service was bad and it was no where near busy. Maybe 4 tables and a couple individuals at the bar. No large parties either. They were not short on staff. It was cold and we were seated by one of their heaters on the floor which was loud and didn't help much with the temperature.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this establishment, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The service, management, food, and ambiance were all subpar. Communication between the server and management was virtually nonexistent. It took an inordinate 20 minutes or more to receive our drinks. When I requested an additional glass of water, the waiter responded with a dismissive tone, stating that it would take a while due to their high volume of customers. Although the appetizers were satisfactory, the main courses and drinks fell short of expectations. One of the drinks I ordered was not made correctly, and the price was not adjusted accordingly. Furthermore, two out of eight meals served were excessively salty, and three others were left unattended at a table behind us for over 10 minutes. When the manager finally presented the delayed dishes with an offhand apology, the food was still attempted to be served without ensuring it met our requirements. We requested that the dishes be remade, but the manager displayed a noticeable attitude. Given the litany of issues, the manager's offer of complimentary desserts seemed insufficient. Ultimately, after lodging our complaints, the manager did offer some concessions, including deducting meal costs and drinks from the bill. Nonetheless, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to the poor service and food quality. Perhaps the staff's inexperience on a Saturday contributed to the issues. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by lengthy wait times for our food, poor service, and unsatisfactory food, making our nearly four-hour visit feel interminable.

The food here is pretty good. The service here is always slow. Don't know if they are always understaffed but every time I go service is super slow and servers are inattentive.
