The service was bad. Didn’t make sense to only bring one person food out and almost took an hour to bring others out. Waitress could’ve shown professionalism.

Extremely disappointed. I made a reservation to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed. The manager claimed they had tried to call me, but I had my phone with me the entire time and didn’t receive a single call or missed notification. I genuinely try to support Black-owned businesses, but experiences like this make it hard when reliability and communication are lacking. Sometimes, you just have to choose what’s best for your peace of mind.

Had the worst experience today here! My party of 5 was here to celebrate Father's Day and what a disappointment. Some orders never arrived and when an inquiry was made the waiter blamed delays and mishaps on the kitchen and other staff. My grits came out cold after waiting an hour and the server was not attentive at all. The manager- Martis did try to compensate for the lousy service but our Father's Day was ruined. Our party ended up canceling items and left unhappy and hungry. Will probably never return.

Alex was terrible , He was not attentive. Did not check on our table. We came for Father’s Day around 2 so it wasn’t as busy . My dad placed his order along with everyone else but his food never came ! We asked Alex about it and he said the runners should’ve brought it and that’s not on him rather than going to check and trying to fix the issue. He was very nonchalant and careless. He might’ve been tired but it’s still not fair to customers. Luckily the manager Martise helped us to not want to walk out. The manager was very helpful and considerate to the issues ! He took care of the problems . Probably won’t come back!

Music is a bit too loud for conversation. The server was not very attentive, he blamed everything on other staff. He was also unprofessional and walked around with an airpod in his ear the entire time. Only two people got their food, we waited an hour before the rest of the table got their food. Everything came separately, and it got to a point where people at our table were canceling their order because the food was taking too long. Another party was seated next to us an hour after we were seated, and they were served and left before the rest of our table got our food. The manager was apologetic and kind, inviting us back for a better experience. It was unfortunate that we did not receive a great experience on father’s day.

The food, the atmosphere...WOW! It was our first time here, and we loved it! And Cameron... what an amazing server! My daughter ordered chicken and waffles but they were out of waffles. Cameron went and got more waffle batter. What an amazing experience. Thank you, Cameron. You were amazing and made the experience even more amazing.

Overall don’t go during off peak meaning Tuesday afternoon when they first open. Out of almost everything. Took 26 mins after ordering wings to find out they had none even though they just opened? Hello management???????? What happened! Then tried to make us pay for food we never received welp that was a wrap!

The food was good, disappointed that they no longer have a Tomahawk. Since the music is loud the people in the bar must speak louder and the diners can’t hear each other as well. The level of service should match the price point of the meal. The server was server was friendly and sweet, but inexperienced.

We loved our visit to Blvck Cow!! The service was top tier, we never needed for anything. The food was delicious and well thought out. Highly recommend the Hennessy french toast! The flavors all meshed very well together and it was reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Loved the vibe and music.

I was invited here for brunch on Sunday....the person who invited me is now no longer my friend lol j/k. The service was TERIBBLE with a CAPITAL T. I was here for about 30 minutes before receiving water.........placed a cocktail order..that drink came about 20 minutes later and it was Not Good at all. Returned my drink with the promise of receiving a better one......I never got it. Food orders were placed about 2 hours after being there. The plan was to eat together but the food was coming out 2 plates at a time every 30-35 minutes... one person got their french toast...an hour later someone else got theirs. The grits that came with the snapper and salmon was raw. Out of a very of 10 4 people got their food. Everyone else canceled because at this point no one was eating together or....your food just never came. Our concers were expressed to the manager Matt/Mike who DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN about the customers. There was no urgency to remedy the problem didn't comp anyone's meal, etc. I would not recommend this place to the hungry dog in the street...because their food will never come. Lol They also charged my cars 3 times for 3 different amounts so now I have fo deal with that smh RUN DONT WALK AQAY FROM THIS PLACE

My experience at this restaurant is by far the worse I have ever experienced!!! We had a party of 15 for brunch and service was horrible it took 1 hour just 2 cups of coffee. I order Avocado toast and poach eggs after 2 hours I cancelled my order. The rest of our party food was coming out separately grits grainy…never again
