Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Well worth the 30 minute drive from Laurel. No ice chips. Not overly sweet. Line was long! Will definitely be back.

The staff members were very nice. The ice cream is delicious, and the quality of the product here is as good as SC. I was pleasantly surprised. I will make the 37-minute drive back down to Bowie again. Well worth the trip.

I love the non dairy options at this location. One of my faves is the non dairy mint chocolate chip and the flavors with Oreo mix-ins. There's always sherbet and Italian ice to choose from as well. My customer service experiences have been exceptional as well.

This is the second time I asked for no hot fudge or chocolate syrup on my sundae and they do not listen!!! Now I have to throw away my ice because it doesn’t taste good. I am not coming back!

The ice cream is very reasonable priced for $6 I got big scopes of ice cream. The staff was lovely. Ice cream was great.

Couldn’t even figure out how to order. Two different windows have an ORDER HERE sign but when we stepped into what we assumed the respective lines were, got informed by other patrons that the back of the line was *somewhere else*. No stantions or staff directing people and just a bunch of folks standing around trying to figure out how to spend our money. Got frustrated and just left.
