Buffalo Wild Wings

Terrible service, I placed an order for 11:40 got there at 11:32 no on approached me at the counter until 11:50. I tell them I had an order for 11:40. They say it doesnt exist they keep looking and eventually find it they tell me it hasn't even been started yet and ill have to wait maybe 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I finally get my food. by this time it is past 12:20 late my work break is long over.

The few wings I did get to eat were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out but didn't get to eat much at all since I was waiting for so long. This is not the first time ive had issues with ordering online from this place and just about ready to give up on it. Its too expensive to have an experience like this.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place feels abandoned. Always empty and the experience worsens every time I come here so trust me when I tell you that I will never set foot here again, I mean it. The cashiers and takeout people have 0 communication skills. I swear, homeless people could come in here and chill for as long as they wanted to because you come in here and nobody is around the front registers to take orders or do anything! For example I come inside and see about 6 people waiting, cool. Restaurant telephone line ringing and everything, nobody to pick up the phone - mind you, I’m only waiting because I placed two orders online or else I would be out the door. 10 mins later still nobody in sight, not cool. The skinny girl that came outside yelling names after 10 mins of me waiting didn’t even say anything to me or the new people that had come in after me. Thank god for the doordasher that started yelling for somebody to come out and greet/serve us. I hope Jennifer knows her dasher is out here fighting for her meal! My orders were set to be picked up at 7:10 and the cashiers just kept telling me the food is coming, you’re next but I left this spot at 8:17. World record setting slow service in this building so long story short, save yourself the trouble and make the drive to a nicer location because you will get your food on time.

staff was extremely rude when i asked to play a soccer game. Asked to play a game on a big screen no one was using and straight up denied me just because it was soccer and “no one else is watching that here” Also the wings were horrible and cold.

When I ordered drinks and food from the bar, the server/bartender was very rude. They complained when I didn’t finish my drink and complained when they misheard me when I asked about the missing food I had ordered. The food was subpar. I ordered wings, and they were very dry, almost hard, and cold. One of the drinks that I ordered had something floating in it. The bar had a funny cleaning solution smell to it as well. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend it.

Parking: Parking is one of the only positive aspects of this location.

The food was ok, we got boneless wings ayce. Nothing spectacular, just your average boneless wings. What brought this review down however was the wait time. We waited about an hour before our first set of wings. Our server was kind, but with the wait time it may be best to spend the extra 20 minutes and go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Soda came with no syrup. Took 15 minutes before we saw the ONE server in the whole bar section.
SLOW SLOW SLOW. Never even had a chance to order food.

For context we were the only people there besides the few people at the bar. We get there and we're told to sit anywhere without anyone seating us. We wait a few seconds for a server and then we notice there's a QR code menu on the table. The connection isn't great so two of the three people into my party could not get to the menu at all and had to rely on my phone. After about an hour one of the members of my party decided to check that they got our orders they say they had and a little while after that the food started coming out. Two of our three orders came out but the third one didn't and they say they have had issues with the app If you have issues with the app why not just come and take our orders the normal way? Especially since we were the only people in the restaurant. The last person's food shows up about 15 minutes later. This was possibly the worst experience I've had at a restaurant.
