On 12/23/24 at 11:30pm, I am highly disappointed by the customer service provided today at BK Drive Thru. The Drive thru employee with short grey hair and glasses gave me and my partner unnecessary attitude after we asked for Sweet and Sour Sauce (we had no issues paying) but after spending over $40 on BK. The employee was annoyed at our request and proceeded to throw the sauce in the bag and slammed the window in our face after giving us our food. We asked the lady why she was being rude and annoyed with us because we were confused on why she was being nasty with us. After slamming the window, we asked the employee for her name and she proceeded to ignore us. As an avid lover of Burger King, I am deeply saddened by this experience and hope she was just having bad day rather than being a mean person. Please do better regardless.

This place is not good. The assistant manager is a little rude. And the cashier forgot to give me all my change. Then they had no straws in their lobby. A little disorganized.

Whoever made the iced tea/sweet tea today made it with holiday LOVE. That is something this location can get seriously known for. I have never had Burger King iced tea that tastes this good. Thank you for your care!

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to and I travel a lot. The customer service was absolutely horrible. We were the first in line with a few people behind us and we were never even acknowledged. After 10 minutes, I asked if anyone would be helping us and I was told rudely that we would just have to wait or could order from the app. Wait..what?! The workers were just standing around. Of course everyone in the lobby just walked out which is obviously what they wanted. Horrible customer service experience!

Friendly warning: this place is not refundable. Once if a crew made a mistake on any order and you will not get refund no matter what. Ensure to check an order before you leave, “take out”.
Also, this place isn’t Deaf friendly, they will hung up on any Deaf’s call. Discrimination and oppression much.

Please do not go to this Burger King or use their so called app to place an order. I placed an order on the app and the incompetence of the store manager and the franchise leadership is ridiculous. They couldn't find my order so I placed another order. Then they "found" another the original order that I placed on the app. Then they told me that I had to text my request for a refund to the general manager and this is his reply...

They are requested more information on the mobile order. Please go into your history and send me the mobile order information
