What can I say it's burger king...
WORSE ESTABLISHMENT EVER! The manager Patrice is abrupt and rude. She yells at you and make excuses for her staff when they’re wrong. She is very unfriendly without management structure. The female cashiers is always rude at the drive thru. Every time I go here I have a bad experience of being disrespected. Your food is usually undercook why I ask for my food to be extra crispy. The fries are always cold and they mess up your order and don’t give you condiments. The cashiers will argue with you and the manager Patrice. She is always nasty and her staff.
I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Patrice definitely shouldn’t be a manager and need to be retrained to be Courteous and respectful to the customers. I placed an order and was told to drive back around in 6 to 7 minutes. I get to the cashier. She tells me to park and someone’s gonna bring it out. I wait over 20 minutes. No one comes out. I drive back around Behind six cars and my food is still not ready. She is telling me to drive back around..The team can’t work under pressure or the stress of a fast food restaurant.

Don't come to this location. The card has a skimmer or the employees are stilling. Right after paying my card had paypal chages. And instead of management checking the cameras to verify they argued with me about it an refused.

This was by far one of my worst fast food experiences service wise, wait wise, and I left without my food or a refund. I ordered food at their kiosk, and I understand things taking longer than planned, however once the 20 minute mark hit I politely asked for a refund.
I was told that they’re making my food now if I still want it, I said no thank you I’d just like a refund as I needed to get back to work.
I was told that because I ordered from the kiosk that they can’t give me a refund, I asked for the managers card or contact information since they can’t help and I was told they didn’t have one. There were then rude jokes and comments made about me in the background and ultimately I left without receiving my food or a refund.
The only time I will be returning to this establishment will be to speak to a manager when they’re available to receive my money back which is unfortunate as I generally ordered from them about 6 times a week.

the five stars of service on this are for Dynasty & Dynasty ONLY. in drive through i spoke with 3 different people, 1 took my order, he was extremely rude, the second took my payment and that was Dynasty & she was so friendly and sweet and apologetic that she couldn’t add a simple sundae onto my already simple order for me, i didn’t mind though because her kind spirit made up for it. the third person at the drive through is the young lady with the pretty face, long nails & eyelashes but she had a horrible attitude. overall i’m glad this isn’t my neighborhood burger king but i would come back here again for Dynasty

They serve mostly burgers. I like the grilled taste with lettuce, tomato and onions,,- which always tase fresh
Their French fries have improved prived. They have good value specials at $5 and $7.

Went to pick up my mobile order on the way to work. The order wasn't ready when I arrived. One of the lafies appeared to be having an off day, not knowing where things are or not being able to hear drive thru orders correctly. The manager had to step in to complete my order.

Enjoy the food and drink, but don't take your free Whopper burger promo offer here to cash in. A ball of confusion 😕 and miscommunication. While the burger with cheese was good, according to my family member, they said they wouldn't go back again because of the incompetent counter service waiter in processing his order. I believe the young man was just new and didn't have experience in processing the promotional offer.
