The drive through is convenient, but do be warned- the last few times I got a mobile order through there, they left out several ingredients/items

I went to Cava today and purchased 3 bowls and pita breads. The portion of protein we r for in our bowls was very minimal. I got two lamb bowls and less than a spoon of chicken and so did my kids . The bowl was mainly the sauces, veggies and salad . It's not worth the price. I called the Bowie location to speak to the manager and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and I hung up. Poor service

It was my first time having CAVA and the employee, Yerelis, was so knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient as she walked me through the ordering process. She explained each item to me and even offered suggestions when I was unsure what to pick. Her customer service was excellent and my food was delicious! The food was fresh and flavorful, and her assistance made the entire ordering process easy and stress-free. I will definitely be back!
