Enjoyed a mid-day birthday lunch at this Chick-fil-A with family. One of the best locations ever visited. Outstanding service. Had a chance to meet the Owner/Operator who was very friendly and professional.

I think it’s very rude for your customer to pull up to the drive thru and staff doesn’t even acknowledge the customer but plays on the radio taking fake orders.‼️Especially when the hire-ups in charge are laughing along with them. Kathy (GM) please talk to your staff.

I placed an online order for carry out. When I arrived at the location I exited my vehicle in the rain to enter the restaurant but was met with locked doors. I was informed by a drive thru associate that I would have to pickup my order through the drive thru. There was a sign on the door stating the restaurant closes at 9pm, however I arrived around 7:30pm so I did not understand why the door was locked. The attendant stated they closed early but didn't explain why. I have always had a bad experience at this location going to the drive thru which is why I chose the carry out option. I asked if he could get my order. He stated he could not. I explained how inconvenient and unprofessional the experience was especially since it was raining. They could have at least placed signage stating they were closing early. I asked if someone could bring it out at which time he sent a verbal message through the radio. I waited outside the location for 10 mins in the rain and never received any other communication from employees. Even after knocking on the door the staff ignored my presence. I chose not to pick up the food because I did not want to enter the drive thru. This is already one of my least favorite locations and after this experience I will never come to this location again.

On 01/11/25 I stop at this location for lunch. I brought a nugget meal my nuggets were loaded with a lot of salt. I ended up throwing them away. I would never buy from there again.
Everything is very good. I have been going to this place for years and I really like the food and they have games for children, everything and the restaurants are very clean.

I came to pick up an uber eats order 1 the restaurant was extremely slow there were only about 4 people in line the manager sees this and doesn’t add anyone to the cashier Mr mus came over to help me and and older lady how ever EDUARDO WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE after about 5 minutes of not doing anything I walk up to the cashiers and to just ask to pick up the order. He’s very rude stating “oh I’m not open u can stand back there” just a very ugly demeanor so now I’m waiting see a manager and he’s like “oh you can move “ customer service has really gone down and Chickfila has too very bad
