This particular location has gone down within the last few years. The staff is unprofessional, The guys at the window are always joking and laughing, and never pays attention to the customer. The food has been awful recently, they really need to do better. I haven’t heard my pleasure in months.

The staff is wonderful and the managers really go the extra mile to make sure we're always satisfied. The atmosphere is much more personal here than other restaurants! Wonderfully run restaurant.

The service has really fell off the last couple of years. This is probably the slowest in the area. Sadly, it's not because they're understaffed but because people stand around and not work.

There is a girl there who swings her dreadlocks (auburn brownish color hair) with her hands/gloves while packing food. Very disgusting. And typically none of the staff wears gloves while packing French fries.. then their hand is touching the fries. Nasty.

Enjoyed a mid-day birthday lunch at this Chick-fil-A with family. One of the best locations ever visited. Outstanding service. Had a chance to meet the Owner/Operator who was very friendly and professional.

I think it’s very rude for your customer to pull up to the drive thru and staff doesn’t even acknowledge the customer but plays on the radio taking fake orders.‼️Especially when the hire-ups in charge are laughing along with them. Kathy (GM) please talk to your staff.

I placed an online order for carry out. When I arrived at the location I exited my vehicle in the rain to enter the restaurant but was met with locked doors. I was informed by a drive thru associate that I would have to pickup my order through the drive thru. There was a sign on the door stating the restaurant closes at 9pm, however I arrived around 7:30pm so I did not understand why the door was locked. The attendant stated they closed early but didn't explain why. I have always had a bad experience at this location going to the drive thru which is why I chose the carry out option. I asked if he could get my order. He stated he could not. I explained how inconvenient and unprofessional the experience was especially since it was raining. They could have at least placed signage stating they were closing early. I asked if someone could bring it out at which time he sent a verbal message through the radio. I waited outside the location for 10 mins in the rain and never received any other communication from employees. Even after knocking on the door the staff ignored my presence. I chose not to pick up the food because I did not want to enter the drive thru. This is already one of my least favorite locations and after this experience I will never come to this location again.

Ordered a large meal with the new key line drink and got a small cup. I was told the key lime "special" drink only comes in the little cup. Super dumb
