I stopped eating at Chick-fil-A years ago because of repeated sanitation and food safety issues across multiple locations. The first incident involved receiving food with hair throughout the bag. When I reported it, the manager insisted he “didn’t do it.” He was bald, which made the denial even more concerning, especially since another employee with long, unsecured hair was working the line. Instead of addressing the issue, there was no accountability.
Months later, I gave the company another chance. That visit ended with chicken that was completely raw on the inside. When I raised the concern, I was told I needed to “specify well done” if I wanted fully cooked chicken — something that should never be optional for poultry.
About a year later, I tried a different location in Virginia. Once again, the chicken was undercooked, and once again I was told I should have requested “well done.” I even received a letter from the company claiming that pink chicken was acceptable, which is not safe or reassuring.
After that, I stopped eating at Chick-fil-A for six years.
Today, I decided to give the company one more chance. My first bite of my sandwich contained hair. After everything I’ve experienced, this confirmed that the same sanitation and quality control issues are still happening. This was a waste of my money and time. Based on the pattern, I don’t see improvement. You never have to worry about me returning, and I will make sure others are aware of my experience.

Worst Chick-fil-A service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a salad and received 1 salad dressing. I was charged for a 2nd one. Insane and definitely won’t be back!

Another nice chic fil a location. Quick service and hot food. A nice dining room to eat in. Two lanes for drive through and mobile through, the latter being very convenient and novel. A drive through lane dedicated to picking up mobile orders. Also great for delivery drivers. Had catering done from here as well, it was really easy, quick turn around and the manager that helped me was great.
Location has improved. Kristin the manager is always helpful, and provides excellent customer service. Had a question about my chicken biscuit reward and she helped come with a resolution. Drive thru moves at a good pace, food has been great, and sweet tea is always delicious!

This used to be my favorite location. Now they overcook the nuggets every time and made chick Fil a unenjoyable to eat. Good thing the Crofton location still cooks them perfectly and have juices with every bite, not this dry mess.
