I love the mobile drive thru! My order is always fast and everyone works here is friendly and professional. Sometimes k feel like I’m cheating when I zoom by the regular drive thru line and it’s 15 cars deep ???
The Mobile Thru lane sucks!!! I would’ve been better off waiting in the regular drive thru or going inside. I scanned the QR code at 4:07pm. I didn’t get my food until 4:18pm. I wanted to leave the line due to the slow service but I was stuck in the lane. Originally there were 3 cars ahead of me, once it was my turn to get my food it took an additional 5+ min. I actually had to toot my horn to get an employee attention because no one came over to my vehicle. They were tending to the regular drive thru line. Of course my food was cold and milkshake was partially melted. I was too irritated to bring it to anyone’s attention. I’ve had two similar experiences at this location, don’t think there will be a third!

Shockingly bad, not the service I expect from chick-fil-a. I made a very large order of 5 meals. It is pouring rain outside, and the order was in several paper bags, but my dasher was told he had to pay for a large bag! Our food came drenched, and almost every order was wrong. No sauces, incorrect ingredients.

I have never been a fan I wish they had other food Items other than Salad and chicken sandwiches. Their drive true is very professional and not only caters to customers but also to the service providers. There's a covered area for the summer and heating station in the winter.
