They never answer the phone. It’s been busy for a straight hour. Seems to me like they just took the phone off the hook. There’s no way it’s busy enough that it’s ringing busy for a whole hour.

Even though the dining room was closed their food quality was horrible. Nothing was fresh for our to-go order. I ordered a kids meal and they threw in tons of stale fries.. for a kid tho. Smh. I called, to let them know I was there, as their sign says. And the girl hung up so fast. I had to call back to confirm she didn't acknowledge we were there.

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this spot. Fantastic spot to take the family out for dinner.

Curbside pickup was ready on time and the food was delicious! Fried pickles, bbq ribs, loaded potatoes, steamed broccoli and salad. Four stars instead of 5 because agent on the phone hung up on me as confirmation instead of verbal communication like just a little better customer service but it's all good cuz the end result was satisfaction!

The time was an hour from closing on Saturday evening. My friends and I ordered a 2 for $25. We ordered the Chips and Guacamole as the appetizer. When it came out the chips were not warm and not salty. I saw the manager a table over. Motioned to have him come over to ask if we could replace the chips. He did. He returned with warm chips. The fajitas were served with a sizzle as they should. Over the server did we. I think COVID seating has helped give the servers more focus on attending the guest they have.

When you order curbside that means I do not want to get out of my car. Curbside means placing your food on a table in front of your parked car, then you proceed to get out to pick up your food. This should be shared online or over the phone so the customer can prepare to get out. This was not a good experience and the wings were cold as I was told several times the order was not ready so how can the wings be cold?

The did is good and all menu items are available. There is curbside and carryout available and ample parking if you prefer to eat in your car.

Not enough staff on hand to cook and fill orders. No transparency about how long the wait was actually going to be. Manager yelled at me and others who were abiding by social distancing but wanted answers about the wait — “get back in your cars”. Required three phone calls to get info about my order. Got food 35 minutes past promised pick-up time — 60 mins past order time (was promised 25-30 mins to pick-up). Some was at proper temp, some was not. Couldn’t have left because they already had my money (online order).

Service was horrible. Got seated quickly. Sat for 15 minutes. Finally someone came. Got our drinks. Ordered an appetizer. Never got it. 45 minutes went by and we asked for a manager. Told him our issue and he said let me go check your order and he sents out a salad I had not asked for. Really

My husband and son went to lunch yesterday. After being seating in the bar area, they waited for 15 min., still no server. At the bar he heard the waitress say, " I'm not serving those white boys." The bar tender cane over apologized, knowing they overheard her co-worker and sent over a different server. How are we going to come together if this is happening and it's both sides!

Been in a Chili's mode recently and happy to report my experience at this location was every bit as delightful as my other recent visits! While this location does offer outdoor seating, due to a particularly warm day, we opted to dine inside and were comforted to see full social distancing measures in place. Patrons were spaced out nicely throughout the restaurant and our server James was fully masked/gloved for the duration of the meal. He did an excellent job making sure our orders were correct (lot of substitutions/changes) and equally important, was on top of drink refills. I'm normally not in this neck of the woods but would absolutely stop in for a meal here again if in the area.

Worst steak I ever had.. the meat was over cooked and tasted weird, wouldn’t feed it to my dogs.. and my steak plate was full of water!! which I don’t know where it shall come from ( I believe my steak was cooked and frozen earlier!! ) Not the chilies I’m used to.. horrible chef I’d say

Certainly a place worth stopping over, the food is great and fresh, the costs are convenient and it is constantly well kept in here. Highly recommended.

I really love their food and service, good area next to my house. The employees are always very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
