Let me start by saying I’ve been a chipotle guy since burritos were 5.99….but this is too much…..just came from here about 20 mins ago…..for starters SLOWEST SERVICE EVER….also the person putting beans on my order kept trying to give me the wrong kind and got mad when I corrected him….figured id try the braised beef then me and my wife watched him dig into the super soupy bottom of the metal tub and gave me super small portions….asked for a extra corn and salsa and this what I got….now I’m not trying to get nobody in trouble but this is ridiculous….i paid 12+ for this….never again…TRASH

This Chipotle has a system for very fast and smooth service. The line moves efficiently, so you are in and out with ease. A clean and safe atmosphere with a diverse group of customers filled out the line all with smiles of hunger:) Yes, check this location out, and you will be back. It was also obvious this is a young people's spot, all respectfully taking care of business inside and outside, I assume. This was my first visit, and my impression of this location was a good one. I will be back to see if it holds up to it.

This is how Chipotle should be done. I don’t know who was working Friday 6/6/2025 at around 3-3:30pm but they all need raises immediately. Everything was so fresh and delicious and they made the bowls correctly, and full of deliciousness without having to argue or even ask for more of anything. Take a note other Chipotle’s in this area this is how you should be doing it!

I had a really bad experience at this location. I had a delivery order, I ordered a burrito and some other items. But my burrito did not have all the items I paid for as far as the filling, leaving my burrito dry and disgusting, I was very disappointed because I had been craving that burrito, all to be disappointed and upset at the outcome of my order...

I am so upset. I went to chipotle today on 2/19/2025 to get a bowel and when I got home I found a string of black hair in my food. It was a Mexican lady with black hair.. she’s needs to put on a hair net.. I know it wasn’t my hair, bc my hair is burgundy. This is ridiculous! I just posted the picture of the black hair in my bowl! This is nasty! I’m reporting this to the CEO ..
Today, I went to Chipotle to pick up my order. When I got home, I realized that the cashier had left my chips out of the bag. I returned to the location, using my own time and resources, to retrieve them.
When I arrived, I approached the same cashier who had initially rung me out and informed her that my chips were missing. She took a noticeable amount of time to acknowledge me, and when she finally did, she silently placed a bag of chips on the counter and walked away without verifying my receipt, offering an apology, or providing any form of customer service. She did not say a single word to me until I called her out on her poor customer service.
I expressed my concern, pointing out that she hadn’t properly tried to figure out my issue nor did she open her mouth to speak to me at all, and I felt like she was simply trying to dismiss me. When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager, and according to my receipt, her name was Wendy. Despite this, she still sought guidance from another employee instead of handling the issue herself.
Throughout the interaction, Wendy continuously shrugged her shoulders and acted as if she couldn’t do anything about the situation. She never took accountability for the mistake and made no effort to provide proper customer service. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to engage with me were not only unnecessary but also a bad reflection on her, her team, and Chipotle overall. Instead of handling the situation properly, she remained unresponsive and made no effort to correct the issue in a courteous manner. It took nearly two minutes of back-and-forth before she finally provided the correct chips, which should have been a simple and professional exchange from the start.
I had a delivery order.. When the order was delivered, there was an item missing. They never placed it in the sealed bag. I called the store, but wasn’t able to reach a person and all I could talk to was a prompt which told me to contact the delivery company. It wasn’t the delivery companies fault so I called back when it finally sent me through to a human, no one answered and then I got a message saying the mailbox was full. This is an awful way to do business and I’m very disappointed in this business. I have frequented this store ever since it was built.

The way the guy was rationing out the toppings was crazy. I understand portion control on protein but the cheese, pico & corn too? I had to ask three times for more cheese, he literally was putting a lite dusting of cheese on my bowl. Also the brisket was super fatty, every bite was full of fat. The meat needs to be trimmed better
