I am so upset. I went to chipotle today on 2/19/2025 to get a bowel and when I got home I found a string of black hair in my food. It was a Mexican lady with black hair.. she’s needs to put on a hair net.. I know it wasn’t my hair, bc my hair is burgundy. This is ridiculous! I just posted the picture of the black hair in my bowl! This is nasty! I’m reporting this to the CEO ..

Today, I went to Chipotle to pick up my order. When I got home, I realized that the cashier had left my chips out of the bag. I returned to the location, using my own time and resources, to retrieve them.

When I arrived, I approached the same cashier who had initially rung me out and informed her that my chips were missing. She took a noticeable amount of time to acknowledge me, and when she finally did, she silently placed a bag of chips on the counter and walked away without verifying my receipt, offering an apology, or providing any form of customer service. She did not say a single word to me until I called her out on her poor customer service.

I expressed my concern, pointing out that she hadn’t properly tried to figure out my issue nor did she open her mouth to speak to me at all, and I felt like she was simply trying to dismiss me. When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager, and according to my receipt, her name was Wendy. Despite this, she still sought guidance from another employee instead of handling the issue herself.

Throughout the interaction, Wendy continuously shrugged her shoulders and acted as if she couldn’t do anything about the situation. She never took accountability for the mistake and made no effort to provide proper customer service. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to engage with me were not only unnecessary but also a bad reflection on her, her team, and Chipotle overall. Instead of handling the situation properly, she remained unresponsive and made no effort to correct the issue in a courteous manner. It took nearly two minutes of back-and-forth before she finally provided the correct chips, which should have been a simple and professional exchange from the start.

Very dissatisfied customer.

I had a delivery order.. When the order was delivered, there was an item missing. They never placed it in the sealed bag. I called the store, but wasn’t able to reach a person and all I could talk to was a prompt which told me to contact the delivery company. It wasn’t the delivery companies fault so I called back when it finally sent me through to a human, no one answered and then I got a message saying the mailbox was full. This is an awful way to do business and I’m very disappointed in this business. I have frequented this store ever since it was built.

The way the guy was rationing out the toppings was crazy. I understand portion control on protein but the cheese, pico & corn too? I had to ask three times for more cheese, he literally was putting a lite dusting of cheese on my bowl. Also the brisket was super fatty, every bite was full of fat. The meat needs to be trimmed better

I normally don’t do reviews but I have to today. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle forever and I normally ignore the workers attitude get my food and Leave. But today the employees have the worst attitude ever. They don’t understand English, they are frowned up and very frustrated with the customers. I watched them mistreat the Customer ahead of me who asked for extra corn. The server was Rude for no reason and this was a Senior Citizen Woman. They don’t realize the Customers coming there are paying their Salaries. They look at you like why are you here instead of thanks for patronizing Us you could have chosen another Franchise. Please let the employees know they should smile and say thank you. Not next!!!!

I love this location! It’s never crowded and they don’t do the weird rationing of tiny portions. My order is the same whether I order in person or online.

*update* Some days are actually a hit or miss, I guess I was fortunate enough to only experience one miss. Not a huge deal, my burrito tasted the same, even though it barely had any meat. It was probably the world’s smallest burrito, they are helping customers with portion control, I guess??‍♀️. As they passed it down the line adding toppings, I had hopes someone would have wanted to remake it since the store was empty, no such luck. It was smaller than my spare Billie I keep in the car ?.

Got my whole order wrong. Also had many items missing. When I checked the bag, staff seemed irritated that I asked for the missing items. When I got home I learned the rest of the order was completely wrong. $60 order. Avoid this Chipotle. Just because it's fast food doesn't give the excuse for mistakes and poor service. I go to work too.

Never charge the same prices! I ordered a side of chicken for my toddler to eat in addition to a side of white rice for myself - both usually charged as sides - and these people charged for a FULL BOWL. When I tell you it was the finest side of chicken, I mean it did not even fill the tiny container they put it in. Explain to me how y’all are gonna charge me for a FULL bowl when the amount of chicken I received as a side isn’t even a full scoop that usually comes in a bowl. So ridiculous! I come there regularly, this is so disappointing.
