Do not order pick up here. Whoever was on pick up orders on 9/6 at 6:50pm did a very poor job of making my food. The burrito was tiny, had barely any meat, and the bowl wasn’t even full. I would recommend going inside to watch them make your food so you don’t end up feeling scammed.

As a previous person stated, these people take their jobs way too seriously. You get charged for every little thing and they always have the nerve to skimp on the meat portions. Thats not a way to treat paying customers.

The tortilla chips are never salted like never I go there almost every day for work and they taste so plain the only chipotle I ever been to that chips taste not so good

The employees are 10/10, it seems like management is the issue.1. There's a pick-up station, but I have to wait until the cashier is done with 3-4 customers before they check for my pick-up order. (FYI: The orders are ready, just not on the pick-up shelf.)Why not get rid of the shelf to make more room for the order ahead line? Two lines is better than one. (Sarcasm)

I ordered a burrito bowl and a salad for my sister not even an hour ago. I was excited to get home and dig into my food. However, as soon as I started eating, I realized that the rice was undercooked and had an excessive amount of lemon juice. Although the rice appears fluffy, it is actually crunchy and unappetizing. I ended up throwing the entire bowl away, which was a complete waste of money. Definitely thinking about calling for some sort of compensation because neither I or my sister can eat this now. Just gross.

Tried to charge me a dollar and change for sour cream. I thought avocado was an extra fee. The employees here take their job too seriously like I have never seen. They nickel and dime extensively at this location. Everyone complains about chicken but there were barely any beans, rice, or fajitas. All the workers are 40 years old and treat the bowls like a military ration. Bring back teenagers working fast food.
