they are very unsanitary. no gloves or hairnets on while they are working over open food. cashier very slow. ive never stood at the checkout for so long. the cashier was running back and forth in the back while the line was all the way to the door. it was insane and very frustrating.

My kids and I visited The Bowie Chipotle. There was a short line but it moved quickly. The server was patient with the order and was accommodating of the requests for the large order. The only issue that caused me to rate this a 4 stars rather than 5 stars was the cleanliness of the location. We wanted to eat in and EVERY table in the store was dirty. Some had food smeared on tables. Other tables had large pieces of food strewn across both the tables and floor. Given that this is a rather large location, it was surprised that I couldn't even find one clean table. I ended up having to ask the person at the register for assistance. I had to wait a bit for her to finish ringing up the line customers before she could clean the table. When she did, she only cleaned our table and left all the other tables in the same condition. Other customers came in after us and just sat at the dirty tables. I can't imagine the germs. This is definitely not acceptable and staffing is not allocated to allow someone to regular clean the tables and floors so customers have a clean eating environment. Do better!

Customer service was amazing! The manager on duty and the employee — I think her name was Ari — were so welcoming and kind. It honestly felt like I was visiting a family member’s house. 10/10, this is definitely my go-to Chipotle from now on!

I have a serve allergy to dairy. So I kindly requested the employee to change his gloves so that I dont get sick. His response was whatever highly unacceptable. Would never come back I requested for the manager she made my food over with no problem I reported Him to her he should not be working there he doesn’t care at all. His attitude and demeanor says it all

Ordered through the app and picked up to dine in. Food was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms require a code to enter. Music was a bit loud (approx 100 db) at 1:15pm.

I called the store in Bowie Exelsior Dr. to let them know the vinaigrette dressing was old because the container that the young lady put in my bag was bulging it also look used. Also, they need to change your gloves when doing burritos or quesadilla the same gloves that picked up the container holder refrigerator door pick things up. It’s the same gloves that they used to make the burrito and quesadilla.

Ordered bowls for an office lunch and there was basically no meat in any of the 6 bowls we received smh

I arrived around 3:30PM, only one customer in line in front of me, I started looking around, the food area was filthy, lettuce, bean juice , meat pieces all on the food serving area.
In the back the area when the cooking is done; Food was scattered on the counter and floors,
As I stood there looking , up walked a gentleman with a ladder in the food area he climbs up and start to unscrew a light bulb above the food.
On top of that the trash can were over flowing.

First off, I wanna know who the hiring manager is because not a single worker there speaks fluent English.

Workers are incredibly slow and NEVER understand what you’re saying. They will scoop what’s on the customer’s bowl back to the serving container if they make a mistake…disguising. Workers don’t have manners (don’t smile, greet, anything that would improve the atmosphere)

I went to this place around 5:30pm today and there was no one in the place but the employees. It was snowing so they were putting salt down on the walkway and there was an employee holding the door. I said hello and she ignored me, so I walked in and saw how nasty the food area was there was food all around the containers. The containers were not full and appeared dried out maybe because the food was surrounding the containers instead of being in them. The floors and cooking area was no better. I immediately walk out of the place and drove to the location at 15475 Annapolis Rd, Bowie. This was the best choice that I could have made. The place was immaculate and you could smell the food and they had great customer service! I will not be returning to the Bowie town center location.
