I arrived around 3:30PM, only one customer in line in front of me, I started looking around, the food area was filthy, lettuce, bean juice , meat pieces all on the food serving area.
In the back the area when the cooking is done; Food was scattered on the counter and floors,
As I stood there looking , up walked a gentleman with a ladder in the food area he climbs up and start to unscrew a light bulb above the food.
On top of that the trash can were over flowing.
First off, I wanna know who the hiring manager is because not a single worker there speaks fluent English.
Workers are incredibly slow and NEVER understand what you’re saying. They will scoop what’s on the customer’s bowl back to the serving container if they make a mistake…disguising. Workers don’t have manners (don’t smile, greet, anything that would improve the atmosphere)

They are very fast in their service and they are respectful. Unlike some other places I’ve been to.

I went to this place around 5:30pm today and there was no one in the place but the employees. It was snowing so they were putting salt down on the walkway and there was an employee holding the door. I said hello and she ignored me, so I walked in and saw how nasty the food area was there was food all around the containers. The containers were not full and appeared dried out maybe because the food was surrounding the containers instead of being in them. The floors and cooking area was no better. I immediately walk out of the place and drove to the location at 15475 Annapolis Rd, Bowie. This was the best choice that I could have made. The place was immaculate and you could smell the food and they had great customer service! I will not be returning to the Bowie town center location.

They rush you and ALWAYS get orders incorrect. “I didn’t say I want corn”.. One older lady gave me chicken without even asking, as I was saying “I wanted steak” she ignored me, then asked if I wanted double?? And the food was still nasty…

Who ever the lady was working the front all by herself, was top notch! She maintained her composure, moved quickly and efficiently, and still gave great customer service as the line grew longer. This was on February 5 between 230pm and 300pm.

This chipotle isn’t clean and seems to have bad customer service she yelled at me when I asked for a lid to my cup and gave me a larger cup saying they don’t have anymore smaller lids the women gave me a dirty cup when I poured it out at home I saw this

Staff is generally nice. Food is usually good but man as it grows to have to see an employee in the bathroom not wash their hands and then go right to work and just put some gloves on knowing that they did not wash their hands either in the bathroom or before they went on the floor major health code violation
If I could give less than one star I would they had 3 associates attempting to service a line that was atleast 20 people I didn’t see any supervisor or manager assisting with customers the store was disgustingly dirty dishes everywhere and several occasions I saw the associates wearing gloves they touched raw meat with touch door handles to the walk in freezer and other food items. I will not come back to this location again

I wish I had read these comments before ordering from this Chipotle. This place should be closed down for the unprofessional customer service alone. I placed an online order today for my work team totaling about $90. Every one of the orders was wrong except one which was the only burrito we ordered. I drove back up to the store with a copy of my email confirmation, receipt and pictures of the orders and the labels for each one. The staff and the managers were absolutely rude. I was told by one of the employees that it was my fault the orders were wrong. How? I don’t work there. I then asked her what her name was and she hesitated and gave me what I can only assume was a fake name When I originally picked up the food the first time there were no customers in the store so I don’t even understand how they messed up 7 orders. I never once received an apology for the inconvenience or the mix up. They acted as if they did nothing wrong and didn’t even want to replace the incorrect orders. I will be contacting their GM because looking at these comments there is obviously a problem starting with Management.

Online orders are ALWAYS missing an ingredient or lacking. I noticed if you order rice, they will fill the majority of the bowl with rice and give you nothing else. If you leave out the rice, they will give you the bare minimum. No longer ordering from Chipotle online.
