My kids and I visited The Bowie Chipotle. There was a short line but it moved quickly. The server was patient with the order and was accommodating of the requests for the large order. The only issue that caused me to rate this a 4 stars rather than 5 stars was the cleanliness of the location. We wanted to eat in and EVERY table in the store was dirty. Some had food smeared on tables. Other tables had large pieces of food strewn across both the tables and floor. Given that this...

Customer service was amazing! The manager on duty and the employee — I think her name was Ari — were so welcoming and kind. It honestly felt like I was visiting a family member’s house. 10/10, this is definitely my go-to Chipotle from now on!

Who ever the lady was working the front all by herself, was top notch! She maintained her composure, moved quickly and efficiently, and still gave great customer service as the line grew longer. This was on February 5 between 230pm and 300pm.
