I stumbled into Crumbl for the first time after the Bowie State university Homecoming
Parade held on 11/1. I was asked if I wanted to become a frequent member so that I could receive discounts. I. purchased 6 cookies.
The 2 young ladies who brought me my cookies and presented them with such enthusiasm were Jordyn and Samara. Thank you ladies for taking pride in your work and for making me feel so glad l walked in and decided to enter your location. Great job u 2!!

I ordered the Martha Stewart thin cookies. When I arrived home and settled down to enjoy my cookie I was disappointed to find they looked like this. I tried to go back to the store hoping to get it resolved but was treated with the most rudest staff to include the manager on site ( a female with dreads). I called before coming and a male told me I can buy more and won’t be refund or exchanged for the cookies given I took them. To note the bag was closed. When I called I simply asked for the store number to submit a complaint and left in a long hold. I then decide to drive there to show them the cookies and still inquire of the store number given it didn’t seem like they were coming back to the phone. A male baker came to the counter and repeated the same thing he stated over the phone , I told him I just want the store number the manager reacts with and attitude. She asked if I wanted the direct managers number , I respond yes. I then ask for her , she reacts with an attitude stating “why do I need my name , I’m not giving you my name “ walking off as I spoke. I simple want to have all my info when reaching out to the Direct managers. Then as I try to explain to the male baker that my someone picked my cookies up yesterday that looked like the thin cookies and today when ordered they didn’t. He did not listen stating that if I put cookies from yesterday in the refrigerator that won’t look the same, which made nonsense . He cuts me off and says I’m being rude and hostel. I said I have not cursed or yelled not once just trying to explain because he was understanding what I was saying. He then tell me he can put me on trespassing. I finally leave. I have never experienced this at the Crofton location , they are so friendly. When Crofton added milk chocolate to the semi sweet cookie I noticed when I got home and they kindly correct when I brought it back .

Come to this store often as its by my job. Never had a bad experience until today. Myself and another gentleman placed our order and while standing waiting for the orders the staff was in the back was having a good time laughing as if we weren't waiting patiently. The guy next to me was also getting very frustrated. The one of the young lady's was touching and banging the cookie scoop on the counter while laughing and having the most inappropriate conversation and then scooped the cookie dough up. One of the other staff had to ask if someone was going to get our orders. Then after all that I was told they are out of the cookie I ordered. Not a good experience but the cookies are always amazing

I placed an order at 9:44p on a Thursday. I walked in the door at 9:50 and the crew member told me they only had chocolate chip left. I could see the other crew member in the back dumping cookies into the trash. Then she spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to give me a refund. She called the manager, Samara. Samara said she'd call me the following day to process the refund. She never called. So I sent an email to the bowie franchise email. I never received a response. This location is damaging the brand image. Additionally, their “contact” chat bot is useless. It doesn’t even have the Bowie location listed. So you can’t chat with a person to report a problem.
