Yall... I wanted to like this place so badly. I ordered the jerk chicken lunch which came with two sides. I selected plantains and Mac and cheese. It arrived with ONE PIECE of plantain and an overload of Mac and cheese. Make it make sense?! The jerk chicken seemed baked and could do with a bit more seasoning. Pardon the half ate chicken in the photo - but check out the lonely ONE piece of plantain.

I will never understand why Black women think that when representing a reputable business it is professional to be disrespectful to those that patron this restaurant. Keep your nasty comments and thoughts to yourself. It is unfortunate that this treatment of Black men is so common place in 2024.

Are here a few weeks ago. Service was great! The young lady saw I had been waiting for my food for a little while, so she comp’d me beef patties. Jerk chicken and plaintains were good, rice and peas a little dry. But I’ll be back!

I had a taste for Jamaican food and randomly found this restaurant in a Google search. Based on the reviews I took a chance and it paid off big time! The restaurant was immaculate! I would have no problem dining in if I were not going home. The staff was pleasant and answered my questions. I did not order in advance, so I had a short wait. But they had grown & sexy music playing so I was engaged and the time went by quickly. When I got home and opened my container, I was shocked to see the amount of food they give you. It was enough for 2 servings (would have liked a little more cabbage)! The food was DELICIOUS! The coco bread tasted like someone had just finished baking it! The beef patties were good. I had brown stewed chicken and my husband had oxtails. Both were outstanding. We also had carrot cake and bread pudding. My husband loved the carrot cake. Unfortunately, I did not try either. We have grown up our whole life eating Jamaican food and are very picky but this place is a winner! I immediately told my girlfriend about it. And we will be back!

A coworker of mine , recommended this spot . It's located in a shopping centers, which makes parking accessible and easy. The spot just opened . The inside decor is clean and fresh. Nice seating area and bar area. I came soon as the doors open so the music was low and NCIS was on the tv. I placed a carry about orders high took only 15 minutes . I ordered curry chicken, jerk wings,oxtails with Mac n cheese, rice & beans , steamed cabbage, and a beef patty. The food was okay. Not sure if I agree with the price.. it the food was ok. Definitely would stop by again .

Definitely becoming one of my favorite spaces for jerk chicken and cabbage!!!Everything I’ve had is really always good and fresh and full and FLAVOR!!! Today I went for something quick and got the lunch jerk chicken w/xtra cabbage and less rice and it was nice and filling and very satisfying!!Roselin the cashier is so sweet and always full of smiles and delivers excellent service EACH TIME!
