To whoever made my pizza this evening, that might have been some of the worst pizza I've ordered from Domino's. Severly disappointing.

I see why this Domino's has the rating it does. The pizzas I ordered and picked up look terrible! There's no sauce or cheese on it and it's overcooked. And now that I'm calling the location back they won't answer the phone.
Update: After calling this location several times attempting to speak to the manager and getting the run around I just disputed the charge with my bank. The manager doesn't speak good English and repeatedly lied to me about him being the manager and whether he could process a refund. He did offer to make me new pizzas but I live an hour away from this location and was not willing to travel there and back for it. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!

I ordered a pizza at 6:40. I called at 7:30 to get a status. I was told the driver was running behind and when I asked for a status on the time, the young lady then asked if I could come and pick it up. So first, she lied about the pizza being out for delivery and then out of ignorance she asks if I could come and pick it up. Duh!!!!!! If I could why would I have ordered delivery?????

Ordered delivery online ahead of time. He showed up on time but with the wrong order. When he was told it was the wrong order he took it and drove away without a word. Tried to call the store 4 times. Was hung up 3 times. The 4th time he took our number to look it up, then hung up. No resolution. They are thieves, will take your money.

Hadn't had Dominos in years because I just didn't like the taste. I recently saw their media blitz on their New York style pizza so I said what the hell let's try it. Disappointing would be an understatement. I actually disliked it more then their original. While I'm at it I might as well critique their sandwiches . Bought a cold cut and a cheese steak . All I can say is the only thing good about them was the bread, whatever was in the middle , meat and accouterments , was horrible. They should stick to pizza and try to make it better.

There appeared to be only 1 employee/manager making pizzas and taking walk-in orders on today. The lack of staff could be the reasoning behind the gentleman's demeanor and lack of a friendly customer service welcome. My most important concern is that he was making pizzas when I entered the establishment. He had on gloves. After he placed the pizza in the oven, he walked over to take my order, touching the computer screen, with the same gloves on. I opted to order online and take advantage of the coupon offer. I watched him to see if he'd change his gloves. HE DID NOT. He proceded to then finish the process of packaging a pizza, fresh out of the oven. I opted to order from another location. Gloves do need to be changed when transitioning from making food to taking orders and money exchanges.

There hasn't been a single time that I have ordered from this location that my pizza has arrived sooner than 1.5 hours. Most recently I ordered my Pizza at 520 and didn't get it until after 8pm! The pizza still taste fine.. cold but fine.

We ordered I New York style with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. We did not get that pizza at all instead we received a really small medium pizza with pepperoni and a regular size pizza with pepperoni that was Burnt. When we called they did not want to make it right and basically said we were wrong. not ordering here again.

Two hours....I placed an order for delivery and after two hours of waiting I received nothing. Driver GPS tracking showed them driving all around my address and making stops elsewhere and the delivery time kept adjusting but it never looked like my order was going to be delivered. Called to cancel and the worker didn't sound concerned at all. Was able to cancel the order easily but really unfortunate that I never got my food and they didn't seem to care for the time wasted 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ Opt for pick up
