Worst bagel ever can’t even bite it like do you’ll put bagels in the microwave? Bread doesn’t go in microwave. Everything nasty today!! why ask toasted if you don’t toast?

I’m not sure how I feel about this Dunkin. I live close by and go through the drive through at least once a week. I think the word to describe is inconsistent. I just got a $6 meal deal and the bagel is so stale, not toasted. Their bagels don’t taste like the dunkin bagels anywhere else in the country, and I’ve been eating them my whole life. I would just love a fresh bagel- toasted. The coffee today is horrible - and, to their credit, they usually have really good coffee. The woman who takes your order at the drive through seems really sweet and she always confirms the orders. The younger girls who work the window are always nice, pleasant and they smile. The man who sometimes works the window is not friendly at all. I would just love some consistency.

This store is supposed to open at 5am. The workers don’t get here every morning until 5:05am or later every single day! This must be a new crew! It wasn’t like this a year ago! The store hasn’t open on time for 6 months! Such an inconvenience! And the store needs to be cleaned more frequently and better!

The staff is friendly, but they need to come to work, at least 10 to 15 minutes before the customers arrive. Sitting at the drive through for 5 to 7 minutes. When it’s already 5:05am. Very unprofessional!!!

The service was a 2/10. Felt unwelcome! It was national donut day and the cashier girl wasn't trying to give us a donut even though we bought drinks. Very weird! Felt racially motivated as we are African American.

I purchased the 6.00 special which is a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and you have to get coffee (hot or cold). I don't drink coffee. However, coffee is the only option. Soda or tea should be options for those who do not drink coffee.

Stop by this Duncan for breakfast, had their Chicken & Roasted Pepper Wrap (very hot...careful), a Boston Cream donut and black coffee. Satisfying meal.

I've yet to have a fresh donut from the location on Race Track road in Bowie; they are stale and dry. No issues with the employees or the overall service, but If you want fresh donuts, I suggest you drive to the Davidsonville, MD location.

The lady working there was an absolute sweetheart with the best customer service ever at any dunkin' donuts! The gentleman working the counter also was amazing! Phenomenal customer service all the way around and I wish I lived closer to this dunkin' donuts because of how fantastic the customer service is! Thank you for being amazing!

I’ve gone to this location now 3x since I started to work around this area and all 3 times the gentlemen have been rude & very unprofessional. As someone whom works frontline I think the manager should replace the team. It’s very uncomfortable to come in and have them acting as if you’re bothering them as you get serviced. Not only that, but the drinks are never made accurately. Overall I think someone needs to train the team more effectively.
