The lady working there was an absolute sweetheart with the best customer service ever at any dunkin' donuts! The gentleman working the counter also was amazing! Phenomenal customer service all the way around and I wish I lived closer to this dunkin' donuts because of how fantastic the customer service is! Thank you for being amazing!

I’ve gone to this location now 3x since I started to work around this area and all 3 times the gentlemen have been rude & very unprofessional. As someone whom works frontline I think the manager should replace the team. It’s very uncomfortable to come in and have them acting as if you’re bothering them as you get serviced. Not only that, but the drinks are never made accurately. Overall I think someone needs to train the team more effectively.

This location is spacious and is nice to take a seat and enjoy your food/beverage. This location is shared with a Baskin Robbin for icecream, so these locations tend to be more spacious. I have had the donuts, teas, and ice cream here. The store is clean and maintained and is roomy compared to some of the crammed Dunkin locations. The staff is hit or miss though. Sometimes professional, helpful, but there are other times and a particular manager who is very inconsistent and moody. You just don't know what to get customer service wise here though. They are not the friendliest and can be awkward and weird at times. If the customer service was more consistent, then this would be one of the better locations. It is tucked away at Hilltop Plaza in the corner next to a grill/restaurant. The parking is better not as tight and limited like other locations like in Greenbelt.

I stopped pass the Dunkin' Donuts to pick up some donuts. I was disappointed because all of the donuts were stale . In addition the ice tea taste like coffee. I spoke to the manager and he seemed to have an attitude. I will not patronize this Dunkin Donuts located on the corner of 197 in Bowie.

They never give you a receipt. Plus, when I order here versus another DD, it never tastes the same, and I order the same thing almost every time.

I think this location is using old tea for their sweet tea. It's not being freshly made as the past. It might be because they changed location to the old BB&T Bank site. I make tea myself at home and I can tell stale tea.

This place does it consistently right. I don’t need to check my orders after going through the drive thru. That’s saying a lot for the other DDs in the area. I did have a weird interaction recently where the drive thru order screen was showing something I didn’t order and I kept telling the employee and she kept insisting it wasn’t on there. I wasn’t charged for it when I paid, so not sure what was going on. On that same occasion I received an extra sandwich, which they acknowledged and they said to keep it because they made too many. That’s good customer service.

While waiting patiently for my wife's hot, original macchiato with oat milk that I had paid for, a specific scene from Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 2, resonated. There Rocket Raccoon was, begging, pleading for Baby GROOT to recite the clear instructions he had just given him for how to activate the timer on the bomb to be placed in Ego the Living Planet's core. Four times Baby GROOT correctly asserted the process of flicking two switches in order before pointing each time to the "death button," the one farthest away from the switches. Although my level of exasperation was far less than Rocket's (it was Valentine's Day, after all), I was asked a second time for my order, and I repeated it; and, yet, the Dunkin on 6868B Race Track Road in Bowie, Maryland still managed to give my wife whole milk in her hot macchiato. If I only had a boom box, I could have blasted Chelsea Peretti's peculiar song, "Oatmilk," containing the lyrics "Do you have the oat milk?" "Welcome to the frickin' Guardians of the Galaxy, indeed."

Worst Dunkin ever and with some of the rudest and nastiest employees I have ever experienced. They never get an order right, and the coffee always tastes as if it was made in a sink. It just tastes awful. The last time I was here I ordered an iced coffee for myself, one for my roommate, and donuts for us to share in a game night with friends (a dozen)...none of the donuts were what I ordered. When I called to ask what happened, "oh, we didn't have 'em. So we just gave you what we had". Mind you, this was noon. They couldn't call? They couldn't make fresh? WTH? I stopped going here and now go to the newly built one a few mins more down the road. Avoid this place. It's a nightmare.

Pulled up to the drive thru, heard silence. Said "hello" to see if the speaker was on. The response was, "yeah?" I asked for a holiday blend coffee, was quickly told "we don't have it". Asked what coffee they do have, was told nastily "regular and decaf" I asked if they had medium roast, "no, decaf and regular". After the rudeness there, I left. Will not be returning to this store.
