The new management here are so nasty and will want to give you what ever flavor of donut they like and if you refuse they will say let’s refund you. They are not customer friendly .

I ordered a hot vanilla latte and was given half a cup of COLD coffee in a hot cup. When I gave the coffee back and told them what the problem was; the woman who made the coffee had an attitude because I gave it back. She knew the coffee was cold when she initially gave it to me. I paid for hot coffee, and that's what I expected to have, a FULL cup of HOT coffee.

Customer service is horrible, hot coffee is barely luke warm, and the donuts are stale. My coffee order was sitting in front of the cold window when i pulled up in the drive thru. The young man, cashier, was on his personal phone call for 3min while my warm coffee was getting cold as I'm impatiently waiting. He comes to the window as if this type of service is acceptable. I had to ask them to heat up my warm coffee before i left. SMH!

I ordered an iced holiday cookie latte. I gave the woman the money and she said, “$5.50”. I was 30 cents short. She could have politely said, “ you’re thirty cents short, sir”. Rude customer service.

It's a decent atmosphere, never to crowded inside.

However, the staff don't communicate well enough to make sure mobile orders are completed in sufficient time.

This location is relatively ok. Nothing exactly special that captivates me to come here. The only time I come is purely for convenience.

I don’t know why all the time the guys here are angry ? also horrible family business and services they should be take again the basic training barista ice latte with 80% of ice minimum dose of coffee and milk .
I tried for many time in good manners be nice and explain the mistakes but the Dunkin guys don’t care with large face and bad mood ? ????
Also all the time I repeating many time 1 Splenda ??? and the they putted 4 Splenda.

Got to Dunkin’ Donuts on Laurel Bowie Road at 7:55 PM. It’s noted online that they close at 9:00 PM. I wanted to go inside because I wanted to see what was there, what may look fresh, etc. I go to open the door and it’s locked. The employee just pointed that I have to go to what I assume the drive-through Riddle me this. Why was OPEN sign lighted up bright as can be? Why are they open until 9:00 PM but a customer can’t go inside. For face to face service but really to look at what they had? Makes not one bit of sense. That is not the way to run a business. Not that they seem to care, but I won’t bother purchasing from them.

Came in three days in a row getting coffee for my family while I was visiting. Felt like I was burdening them with my order every time I came in. There was never a line but with every order I had to repeat my order because they just weren’t listening as if they had something better to do. The last time I ordered the same drink I had ordered the past two days but they were out. I got some energy drink which they ended up pouring some contents of a store bought bottle into my drink. I decided never to go back.
