Not usually a problem, but they should never substitute an item on an order !! The person may have ordered specifically for an allergy or dietary restriction. Had an order delivered this morning that was all wrong . Substituting 2 plain donuts (which customer can eat) for apple fritter which they can not eat.
Dietary restrictions: DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ITEMS WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER!

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS DUNKIN WAS HORRIBLE! I had a cashier charge me an additional .50 bc I asked for NO ICE! I asked her why would charge me more more for not getting Ice and she refused to answer. Then I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. I then asked for corporate’s number and she said “IDK” I asked for her name and she again said IDK! Never going back there and I will be contacting corporate TODAY!!!! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE DUNKIN EMPLOYEE! Shame on this so called MANAGER! Perhaps they are charging ppl extra and they don’t even know it!
