Not usually a problem, but they should never substitute an item on an order !! The person may have ordered specifically for an allergy or dietary restriction. Had an order delivered this morning that was all wrong . Substituting 2 plain donuts (which customer can eat) for apple fritter which they can not eat.Dietary restrictions: DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ITEMS WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER!

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS DUNKIN WAS HORRIBLE! I had a cashier charge me an additional .50 bc I asked for NO ICE! I asked her why would charge me more more for not getting Ice and she refused to answer. Then I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. I then asked for corporate’s number and she said “IDK” I asked for her name and she again said IDK! Never going back there and I will be contacting corporate TODAY!!!! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE DUNKIN EMPLOYEE! Shame on this so called MANAGER! Perhaps they are charging ppl extra and they don’t even know it!

This Dunkin is ok if you need coffee in the area. No drive up so you have to physically go inside. The staff and very pleasant; the inside is not clean but not dirty. I would come back because it's the only coffee next to our cheer gym but I wouldn't pick to come here. MOSTLY due to them not having a drive up.

You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.

Aside from this location messing up my cake order on my sons 6th birthday few years back, they handled the situation quickly and was very apologetic and communicative. I’m appreciative of that. This is my go to location, their donuts are fresh, prices are good and they ALWAYS have the ice cream we like. Also one of the few locations that have sugar donuts. The staff is friendly. This area often causes an interruption in cellular service so get your life together before you get there.
