This store consistently skimps on flavorings. You pay for 4 pumps and you get maybe one. The quality is awful, the coffee often tastes burnt, and the service sucks. I’ve ordered cold brew and gotten regular iced coffee instead. Horrible.

Cold sandwiches, I've never seen them before. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom. Unfortunately this unit must be better.

I came in to get my usual coffee. Felt very uncomfortable . Customers service was very poor. Not even a greeting. I talk multiple languages over heard employees talk about their coworkers. I was not happy. you can see how some employees felt uncomfortable and they do it in front of their customers. I will not be going back and i hope management notices and fixes this issue.

Dunkin' donuts in general taste like a drive through 7-11 coffee. From a corporation that's been out for so many years. Their coffee is so inconsistent. Water down and just tastes like creamer.

Staff is knowledgeable about products. They could add skim or 2% Milk to their orders

Don’t come here if you’re expecting even decent service we asked for a drink (that very clearly no one likes to make) since they passed it on she rolled her eyes and spoke in another language (which I think is rude to do in front of customers) all while laughing at us and rolling her eyes. Then waited 11 minutes for a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Good thing these franchises are a dime a dozen, I won’t be back.

The food here was only second to the Dunkin in Hanover at Arundel Mills. Didn't taste nor smell as if it had been burned (like most Dunkins)
My concern with the service was witnessing the woman at the drive thru gesture her fellow employee to come to the window to look at me due to my religious garments. She was not American born, full-blown accent, and bindi on her forehead, but she took the time to point out someone else. Not cool!

Coffee tastes watered down and the lids don't fit correctly. Slightly worse than gas station quality but twice as expensive.

Pushy and impatient when I ordered, handed me the wrong order at first. And both drinks I ordered and recieved were made improperly. One in particular, an iced cappucino, what they gave me had zero coffee in it. Literally just milk and a few pumps of mocha. Terrible attitude and product. I'll drive the extra 2/3 miles for the other Dunkin from now on. Cheers!

Wrong order and overcharged.
There weren't any real complaints when I went to pick up three dozen donuts. A funny story, though: I asked the young lady for three dozen assorted donuts, but she kept asking which specific types I wanted. I kept saying things like "just mix them up," "surprise me," and a few other variations. By the time we got to the third box and she asked again, I finally said, "Chocolate! All sorts of chocolate donuts!"That turned out to be the best decision because when I brought the donuts to the final destination, the chocolate box was the first to go.

Store has horrible customer service and the staff is ridiculously rude. I walk to this location about 6:50 just to be told at the door i had to go thru drive thru. I informed employees that i didn’t drive that i walked and they still insisted that i walked to the drive thru. I informed employees that nothing stated that the inside was closed. They ignored me. I won’t be going back to this location.
