I hadn’t been to this location in almost a year b/c they would never have my meatball subs. So disheartening but I was pleased to learn of new management, friendly, clean and most of all they have my MEATBALLS😜

So I recently visited firehouse subs and I was pleasantly surprised by the change in service and quality of the food. When I previously visited the chips were expired and the toaster wasn’t working, but it seems they are flourishing under the new management. My sandwich was perfect AND quickly, and the workers and managers are much more friendly. Overall this is my most enjoyable visit to firehouse subs and I WILL be returning very soon.

I used to visit the Firehouse in Woodmoore Shopping Ctr but they moved. We found them in Bowie. Same great customer service and food. Will be back!!

It's under new management. New manager/owner is customer friendly. Their toaster is working!!! Get a toasted sub! I ordered the toasted meatballs on wheat roll.

They are under new management and it clearly shows. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was very different than previous experiences at this location. The entire staff was very friendly. My sub was made perfectly and not sloppily like past experiences. In the past I would be hesitant to come here because of lackluster service, but I’ll happily be returning whenever in the area.

We visited now as we new it was opening under new management. It has significantly improved. Clean, good food and very friendly service. Nice lunch.

Ordered from the parking lot when I saw they were re-opened. App said 20 minutes, so I waited a few minutes and went in. Sub was ready in 5 minutes.
The pepperoni meatball sub is awesome! Well, so are all their subs.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Firehouse Subs (15475 Annapolis). I’ve been here a few times in the past, and while the food was always tasty, the service could sometimes be hit or miss.

I’m really happy to say that things have completely turned around! There’s a new manager and new team members now, and you can really feel the difference. The staff is so much friendlier, more attentive, and they really care about getting your order right.

On my last visit, my sub was made perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, and the new team made sure I had everything I needed. They checked in to see if my order was good, and the whole place felt more organized and welcoming.

It’s great to see how much better the customer service is now — it makes you want to come back! Everything is perfect, I love it.

Today was the third time I have arrived and they have closed 30 minutes early and made excuses saying their boss wanted them to do that. The employee's name was Eylen and Rubiel. Each time I went out my way for absolutely nothing with time to spare!
