Firehouse Subs Bowie Marketplace

Today was the third time I have arrived and they have closed 30 minutes early and made excuses saying their boss wanted them to do that. The employee's name was Eylen and Rubiel. Each time I went out my way for absolutely nothing with time to spare!

This store had nothing! The bread toaster doesn’t work, the Coca-Cola machine had no ice and no coke products! Couldn’t get sweet tea course that was empty too. Girl behind the counter was rude my hooks and lader sandwich was sloppily made and missing cheese! The worst experience ever! If I could give no stars I would!

This location has not been able to toast sandwiches for over 3 months. They also lock their doors during the lunch rush and say they are accepting online orders only. Terrible experience

Went to pick up a mobile order, place turned out to be closed, no indication on the mobile app nor on google that it would be. Contacted support about it, they said they couldn't refund me but the location would get in contact with me in 1-3 days. Today is day 4. Radio silence. Absolute disappointment.

This sub was the best that I've had in Maryland. It compares to NY & NJ subs. It was sumptuous!!

Ordered online and was not pleased at all with the establishment. My subs should have been toasted but the toaster was broken! Ordered soup and received chili, ordered a large sub and received a small sub, ordered bacon on a sub and received no bacon! Staff upon my arrival could be heard complaining about hours, boss, and establishment as I waited an additional 15 minutes for food that should have been ready by my takeout time from my online order!! Will never ever go back to this place for sure!!!!!!!

Terrible. Toaster is never working and you can't get a refund ordering online. They have no options for fountain drinks. Theres no heat or ac working inside the store it seems. And only have 1 person working. Location is terrible and no one should ever go here again. Wasted my lunchtime and $10

I haven’t visited this location for months due to bad previous experiences but today I wanted to try the new Hot Ones sandwich and my wife a salad. After waiting 5 minutes past my pickup window one of the crew looked up and said my name, my order was ready. I asked for additional dressing for the salad, both crew members scurried to find a lid for the dressing. This took about 3 minutes when they noticed they were out of sauce lids. I then asked for the dressing to just go in a small bowl which they complied.

I thought all was well until I got home. The salad was supposed to be a Chicken Italian salad with peppers, salami and green peppers and pepper ranch dressing. Although I said no peppers. What I received was loads of peppers, no salami, no mozzarella and the wrong dressing. I have made a complaint through the app support on this interaction as this is again a bad experience at this location.

This Firehouse Subs has messed up my order twice now! Something is always missing. I ordered the pepperoni meatball sub but they can't make it because their toaster oven is broken and has been for months! I only know because I called to find out why my order is always messed up. The worker said someone should have let the delivery driver know but no one said anything until I saw my whole sub was missing! He also said the manager knows but doesn't care that it's broken and isn't doing anything about it. Don't order any sub with meatballs or that has to go in a toaster oven because you won't get it.

Okay, I ordered a Deluxe platter on February 28th online at the Bowie location on Annapolis Rd for pickup on Saturday, the 1st of March 2025. I paid online $79.49, which was deducted from my account on March 3rd. Pickup was to be 1:30 PM on Saturday, the 1st, and I get a call 15 minutes before I was to pick up my order and was told they ran out of meat, and truck had not arrived , so order could not be filled. 15 minutes before, why? I have called corporate office and was told I needed to talk to mgr at the store since they received the $. Called store and spoke to Darrin twice, the manager, and he said he would call me back because I was still CHARGED for the platter, even though I never got it. What is going on??? Where is my money??? No call back from Darrin either!!

Last time we visit this place. Fridge that stores water and soda bottles is always empty. Now the toaster wasn’t working so we couldn’t get toasted sandwiches. No meatball subs available. Each time no other customers or just a couple.

Management - Someone reported these same issues three weeks ago in a review and nothing has been fixed.

Apparently they don't believe in staying open for their posted hours, I was there at 8:30 and they were already closed

This review is a conglomeration of 5 months of patronage. The toaster seems to always be broken so meatball subs cannot be ordered. Additionally the soda machine seems to never have any syrup for any of the sodas. Even when the machine says it has syrup it comes out as slightly flavored colored water. They take forever to make sandwiches. There is only ever 2 people working there. Sometimes only one with a person coming in late. They sometimes even forget I even ordered anything. They need new management ASAP. I love firehouse subs but this place is not it.

Ordered two sub recieved in called back got the other sandwich coz they ran out of meat roast beef never called sent one sandwich when I’m calling back to find my sandwich no person from door dash went to fix problem then when I called sandwich is there they hang up bullshit rude and don’t care that I didn’t recieve my order

Bemi was extremely patient while I navigated the Firehouse Subs App for thr first time. I was indecisive and he was kind and understanding. Definitely the right person to be one of the first people I interacted with upon coming into the restaurant. Love it! Will definitely be back!
