Since I’m pregnant, I haven’t been able to have cold sub I came in last night and I was very happy they could make me a hot turkey sub they guys were always come here we make it for u and I can build my own sub definitely be back thank you so much 🙏

So I came in for a late lunch. 1ish on a Thursday.

There was a guy training two young guys. Seemed super friendly and nice.

But after he handed my sandwich and went to leave he said "have a good day sir" "oops, I mean ma'am"

I'm trans so I get these jokes occasionally, Usually not staff at a store but hey I guess he didn't care since I already paid. Really crappy way to treat someone guys

Went in last week - toaster broken. Ordered roast beef and cheese for my 7-year-old - no toppings - just roast beef and cheese please. They confirmed the lack of any toppings at least twice, however, upon returning home, I couldn't even find the beef in the abundance of lettuce, onions, and pickles. My daughter immediately lost interest and I instead pulled the meat off and ate it all in one (large) bite. Feel like I would have found a lot more value had I gone to Five Guys...

My order was not big but it took longer to make. Also, the orders of other customers that arrived after me were completed before mine which was confusing. The young lady that took my order was nice so they just need to work on the accuracy with processing and delivering the orders received.

This is the second time I placed an order for salad, asked for extra cucumbers, and received none. I love that this place is so close to my home, and I am so disappointed that I can’t return. This time there was no pickle with sandwich, no dressing on the side for the salad and no fork or napkins. I called the restaurant to request a refund and left a message for the manager. I was told the people who made my order were new. I understand employees need time to train, but how long does it take to remember the basics that go with an order? In addition, the lettuce looks rotten for the small amount that is in the bowl. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would also hate for someone else to have this experience. Only eat here if you have time to go back to get your order corrected.
UPDATE-I left a message for the manager no one ever called. I guess they don’t care.

Went to a conference in Bowie where they provided firehouse subs for our lunch, the subs contained the most smallest amount of meat, it was located toward the end of the sub to look like it had meat on the whole sub. It was not a flunk, it was like this on many of the subs. Very shady!!!!! I will be sure to share this experience with others and will not being purchasing any subs from this establishment. Very disappointed in this company. The subs are way to expensive to be given a sub with a tiny little bit of meat on it.

Order 2 med subs on 7/23, went to the park 10 minutes away tothem and the bottom of our bread was so soggy that it fell off. The bread was not toasted like I asked for and the put the bottom of the tomato with the core still on it. Paid 20.00 and could not enjoy my food. No one answered the phones, I even tried ordering ahead of times and they claimed the phone never rang. I will never spend another dime at the store again.

I had the most horrible experience with the young people at this restaurant. I entered the establishment for the first time in five years, trying to support local businesses this year. No one else was in the facility. The staff was very slow. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for my mini sandwich, I asked to just refund the money because I had to leave for a appt and the sandwich was not fully ready. They cursed using profanity and demonstrated absolutely horrible customer service. The young male behind the counter even stated “Get the Fuc$& out” after I asked for a refund!!!! Never received my money.had to call the credit card to cash. Corporate was notified and awaiting a response. Do NOT VISIT this establishment.
