The food is great and the staff is friendly, what more could you want? They are fast and efficient even when I've seen them busy. When ordering for pickup, the bread is never soggy and it's still nice and warm. Absolutely recommend for a quality sub and good service!

Ordered 1 sandwich online 1 hour before pickup and they told me I put it in for a different time when my receipt clearly shows pick up time would be ready 10 minutes after I ordered. I always have issues with this firehouse but no others.I make sure to try and go anywhere but here. Always problems.

Who ever was in the kitchen 12/23/25 before 5pm put alot of love making our subs taste like butter.we had the promotion deal buy one get the other half off all the subs were made with perfection.

The man who made the subs (Zeeshan) and rang me up was fantastic! He deserves kudos and that's why I'm here. The food was incredible. The service was fast and friendly, and the addition of fries to the menu is a game changer!

I went to the establishment to ask about the Veterans Day meal. When I first got there, I waited a while before I was greeted. Once I was greeted, I was spoken to rudely and told that I need to do an online order and that there was a big order in front of me So I would have to wait. I was fine with that. It was the rudeness that gave me pause. When I tried to ask him how do I put in the online order for the Veterans Day meal? He cut me off rudely and told me it will be 30 minutes before he can get to me with a Veterans Day meal. It is very disheartening for anyone to deal with that love or rudeness, especially on Veterans Day.

I hadn’t been to this location in almost a year b/c they would never have my meatball subs. So disheartening but I was pleased to learn of new management, friendly, clean and most of all they have my MEATBALLS😜

So I recently visited firehouse subs and I was pleasantly surprised by the change in service and quality of the food. When I previously visited the chips were expired and the toaster wasn’t working, but it seems they are flourishing under the new management. My sandwich was perfect AND quickly, and the workers and managers are much more friendly. Overall this is my most enjoyable visit to firehouse subs and I WILL be returning very soon.

I used to visit the Firehouse in Woodmoore Shopping Ctr but they moved. We found them in Bowie. Same great customer service and food. Will be back!!

It's under new management. New manager/owner is customer friendly. Their toaster is working!!! Get a toasted sub! I ordered the toasted meatballs on wheat roll.
